How do I get my deposit back from cloud accommodation tudor road Leicester urgently.
I've been in contact with Jason but no luck
He has had 10 emails from me and responded so he knows who this is.
I just want my deposit back
What governing body do I go to to complain

Have you reached out to accommodation team? I have forwarded your review to them so they can action and respond. they cannot seem to find any student under your name. Jason the accommodation manager is reaching out again to all students who have not yet actioned their deposit return. Please contact Jason so he can look into your issue specifically.
Jason cannot find you on the system, how did you make contact with him? Please email him with your contact details so he can resolve this jw@cloudstudenthomes.co.uk and copy me in hm@cloudstudenthomes.co.uk so I can monitor this.
