We were very concerned and disappointed that we were then unable to contact the shop directly and had to journey in to speak to staff. We are hopeful that all will go according to plan, without a hitch.,

Oak mantle is of excellent quality and the service was brilliant. Our only complaint is that the fixings were poor - screws were missing and it would have been better with brackets to hang the mantle on. However would certainly recommend using this company. Love the look of the mantle
