I could have bought the insurance a little cheaper (approx £20) elsewhere but I have decided to stay with the RAC on the basis of their reputation for customer service.

THI installed our orangery 8 years ago. We have had little problems with it. Recently 3 issues developed. Damage to the finial, leaking down pipe and a security window latch that wouldn’t secure. THI’s operatives turned up when they said they would, the defects were resolved with no quibble and THI chased around to find the right part to replace the broken finial support. In other words it was a proper repair not a “patch up”.

Booked tickets 6 months ago.Impressed with reminders before the concert and ease of retrieving the tickets.

Prompt service. Good value. Others appeared cheaper until you added post and packaging. Only minor complaint was that although they sent an e-mail with fitting instructions it didn’t cover the rear blade on my car. That said I found instructions elsewhere that resolved the issue.
