Ok, I am being quite honest here, I have seen quite alot of brilliant reviews, however, you did save the day in the end . Lack of communication during the day after my delivery was due at a 12.35pm - 14.35pm. Had an email saying I was 2/22 . By 16.30 no delivery was made,I emailed the company , no response, so I did a live chat and was told I was 15/22 ?? and delivery is still on its way . Got a call from the company around 20.10 saying delivery will be with you in the next 10 mins , Which it was .... The delivery men explained the van had broken down , hence late arrival ,but isn't communication the key . All was well in the end

Easy to order part that was needed for my daughters oven. Ordered before 9pm and arrived next day early morning.
Element was unchallenging to fit and oven is back up working again .

Brilliant range until we noticed gas oven would light then flame would go out after trying to egnigte the second time. Called customer services, who came out to fix the problem with 48 hrs ....something to do with the electrical box wires connected wrongly inside the oven. Ever since worked perfectly.

Swimming pool is great , however instructions was not so great as none of the poles were stickered and there were poles wedged inside other poles which were very hard to get out.

Was hanging on phone for sometime...was told very busy , but pls hold on ....I hung up and was called back within 5 mins .
