Regular communication from the team, Michaela, Jade and Oliver. If It wasn't for Michaela we would have stopped the sale and purchase, she was open and honest and persevered in a long drawn-out out process. Michaela remained professional through challenges and was a supportive person to sound off our frustrations and she always stuck to her word and called us back. A very nice man called Paul Turnbull as been keeping me informed about a new boiler which is being fixed shortly .Very polite and helpful.

Had a nice conversation with a young lady called Jessica about my boiler which is being fitted shortly she explained what was going to happen and give me the information about.

I found they were very helpful, l had returned some sandles for refund when I checked they had been returned but no refund was in my account.
They looked into this for me saying it can take up to 14 days .
