Regular communication from the team, Michaela, Jade and Oliver. If It wasn't for Michaela we would have stopped the sale and purchase, she was open and honest and persevered in a long drawn-out out process. Michaela remained professional through challenges and was a supportive person to sound off our frustrations and she always stuck to her word and called us back.
