Poor platform for buyers- feel like I've been robbed
As a buyer, one has no option but to pay for the 'insurance' against incorrect product descriptions . However Vinted are not honouring this. When one attempts to claim on the basis of significantly not as described or does not work, it is dependent on the seller agreeing. Then to rub salt into the wound, the buyer has to pay for return postage - apparently it is in their T&Cs.
Customer service is non existent- infact they are too busy just taking your cash and running and don't want any grief....Agree with Bob Acid, they give unreasonably little time for returns as well. Should be reported to trading standards. Go elsewhere.

Customer service needs improvement
Had literally just paid for 2 packets of 1/2 priced strawberries to find a couple of rotten ones in the box. Requested an exchange for another packet, the response to which was, ”They are 1/2 price”.
So according to them, it seems perfectly acceptable to sell rotten fruit!
It depends on who you get but this assistant definitely needs a lesson in customer service.

Mixed experiences of security
This is my regular airport and I have mixed experiences. Most security staff are pleasant but one I encountered today was really hacked off when I did not follow her instructions. She asked me to move my rucksack from my electronics in the tray directly in front of me. There was a spare tray ahead on the belt. I proceeded to put my trolley bag on it. She then scolded me for not following her instructions. The reason I did this was because I had to remove my toiletries from my rucksack and therefore it would not make sense to put my rucksack in the tray ahead of me. Also at that point, she had not put out an extra tray for me. Authority huh!?
In contrast after the scanning process, security removed a food item. A different member of security apologised and wished me a good trip. So they are not all the same.

Poor customer service, unfair charges on the buyer
One only tests these forums out when things dont go to plan. I acknowledge a llarge part of this is due to the seller and the item description they post. I was sold a counterfeit item which obviously did not meet the desciption in the advert. The return was accepted but due to no fault of my own I have to pay for return postal charges(apparently it is in the fine print). Vinted customer service were poor- there is no mechanism within the system for crediting the buyer and they annoyingingly and constantly respond with is ’ resolve it with the buyer’! Really not very useful. I live in a different country to the seller and so am reluctant to share my bank account details. I fed back to Vinted customer service that a credit procedure needs to be created- they were not receptive and closed my case! I think its another second hand forum that just takes commission…..

Poor customer service. Failed to honour the price of a pair of trainers claiming that the sales assistant had incorrectly priced them even if there were several pairs at this price. Very disappointing.
Stadium are normally customer orientated though this may not apply to the outlet.

Get with the times!
Have an existing account with YBS. Opened another one online 1 month ago. Currently not close to a branch. Need to verify ID and address. In this day and age they still refuse to accept electronic copies, infact worse still they refused photographs of the relevant docs. Cant understand how a photocopy constitues valid Id/ address and a photograph does not. Seems entirely archaic and inefficient to me. Not exactly supporting sustainability either.

Mixed experiences at StoraBernstorp, Malmö.
Bought a pair of football boots for my son but had to wait ages for ’expert’ advice. The guy went off prematurely to serve another customer as well. Would normally go to their main high street competitor but they were cheaper here.
A better experience was having to return a Nike football for which the surface had peeled off after 2 weeks of use. I was prepared for a fight but the guy accepted it offering a refund/ exchange.

We normally order in a monthly basis. Last week ( leading up to 5th Jan) there was a blizzard followed minus 10 degrees centigrade. The consequence was that there were 2 items on their menu citing lack of delivery. This was red chicken curry and peanut chicken. Stupidly we took 2 portions of each. There were no vegetables, the chicken was tasteless, perhaps old chicken from the freezer,(?) and both meals tasted the same. Should have chased them for compensation. Very disappointing.

Be very careful
Perhaps I shouldnt be advertising this but I wouldnt want anyone else to be cheated. Customer service responded very quickly but they have absolutely no insurance to cover fraud cases and no means of preventing it. Ok not wise on my part as one is dependent on honesty. I did not take out the relatively expensive postage protection in relation to the item I purchased and never received. I am disappointed and feel cheated that there is absolutely no come back. Please beware of a seller with an Italian name in Helsingborg.

damaged item, no sustomer service
Ordered atwo items one of which is damaged. Have written to Dealproffsen twice to no response. They claim a 3 day response time. No option to use ’chatta’ as advised on their website, seems like the red button has been removed. Stuck with damaged item. No telephone contact details on webite. Very disatisfied. Am considering the ombudesman.

Bit disappointed with the size and the…
Bit disappointed with the size and the flowers included in the bouquet. The colours were incorrect as well. It looked better on their website than the picture the recipient sent me. I felt like it was quite expensive too.
I have since had a response from Euroflorist and direct from the florist and rhis is settled so I’ve raised the star rating by one star.

Faultless delivery of items but slow to process refunds
Ordering was simple and delivery quite prompt. The parcel was tracked. My only issue was having to chase my credit for a refunded item returned to a store as it had not appeared on my statement 10 days after the return was made. Customer service were quick to respond in saying it should take no longer than 5 days. It does mean I have to check again. I have therefore given the service 4 stars.

Excellent customer service in most branches
I’ve always found the Stadium staff to be friendly and helpful. Lund City and Lund Nova live up to this reputation. A kind sales assistant in the Lund City branch went put out of his way to locate a reduced price item listed on the website for me. Thank you.
Earlier in the day, at the Löddekopinge branch, an overzealous till asistant refused to sell me the same reduced price item insisting the ’wrong’ sticker was on it, despite more of these reduced price items on the shelf. Please learn from your colleagues in upholding the excellent Stadium customer service at other branches.
