Cruise on mobility scooter

Great itinerary- all stops were great experiences ( even on mobility scooter) - trips ashore were expensive so arranged our own - staff helpful at all times -
Pools not usable if you can’t use ladder - not the sense of luxury expected - sharing tables in dining rooms- no kettle in room - selling all the time even in bar areas - staff managed to bring scooter onto tenders and my wife walked carefully on the step across the water - internet way too expensive
Great holiday but lots of small issues - will cruise again - but not in this ship

Travelling with mobility issues and use mobility scooter

Travelling with mobility issues and use scooter - staff really helpful and understanding - especially tender transfers Great trips - loved the cruise - visits were brilliant - prices on ship for excursion very expensive - we self booked for much better value - entertainment in bars was great and lots of choice
Restaurants were good - buffet very busy all of the time
all pools only accessible by ladder - really disappointing as I use a pool regularly at home
Disability rooms have great space with seat in shower
Recommend having a Balcony
Unlimited drinks package so surprised to see 15 max - caused confusion and doubt but in transition to a different offering
Too much pushing sales all the times - I don’t like having the “sales” in the entertainment areas
Casino on board and must travel through to get around ship - not suitable arrangement especially if you have kids
No kettle in room so four floors and a walk to get cup of tea - can’t understand why a coffee dock isn’t available on each floor
Expensive holiday but didn’t feel the luxury on board
But a great holiday - and shore trips were brilliant - would cruise again !

Confusing emails

Great for one site with loads of options
I booked a tour of Ephesus that wasn’t suitable, then booked a suitable tour an cancelled the first
But emails coming from Viator didn’t make it clear which tour was being discussed - no ref to booking number

Cover looks great and easy to use - zip works better than I expected - fasteners close themselves
Would buy it here again
Delivery overnight - paid for express - very happy
Site easy to use - search engine was great

Queues and no online help for purchase

Queues to talk to the kitchen expert even early on a weekday - need appointment
Difficult to order online unless you know exactly what you are getting - eg what hinges must I use?or Strips for kickers
No advise online so you really need to work from a quote

Great laptop

Great laptop, perfect screen size and light enough to easily carry around - memory size is sufficient for what I need - processing speed is good and well able to handle PowerPoint outlook etc….
Has no number pad but I don’t do many spreadsheets so not an issue for me
Size versus number pad and size wins out for me
Great experience with CEX - purchased Sunday evening of bank holiday and arrived on Wednesday
Just be aware that tracking of the order only kicked in on wed morning !
