In general the meals are ok but the variety is repeated regularly. I have often found less than fresh vegetables a day after delivery and despite emailing, nothing has been done.

What a cute biscuit, slightly smaller than I envisaged but that didn’t matter, it still brought a smile to my friend.

The while experience from finding the station to arriving in Rome went smoothly and couldn’t have been easier.

After a small breakage on an item ordered recently, ‘Greg’ went to no ends to see that the situation was rectified. I was offered a refund with sincere apologies and then a discount on their website.

1 star is still too good for this bank with which we've had no end of difficulties. Most recently we had to close our account due to Brexit. All it took was a phone call, apparently. Oh how wrong they were, it remained opened with old cancelled direct debits being taken.

Tried discussing it in Branch, from abroad that's some feat. Accounts definitely closed now....for sure, we were advised haa haa.....then a letter "Welcome to Barclays, we value you as a new customer" Good grief!!

Trying to get a straight answer out of this lot is almost as painful as asking my daughter to tidy her room. Several online chats later, trying to get an address that will work from abroad....still none the wiser.

I'm off to look up the chairman. Hope he's ready!!!
