HelloFresh is so great, all récipe is healthy and tasty. All their recipe arr made with high quality product.

The recipes were really good, all products as well!
Had some difficulties with payment (for some reason 2 cents came off but the payment for the box not),but eventually everything was okay.
It's not so cheap but with the sales I love it!
Gives me chance to eat healthier and more veggies 🥕

Never delivered any food, never notified us that it wouldn’t be arriving, yet took our money anyway. Horrible! Shame on you!

I love it that the recepies are well build and with taste. Easy to make and looking great, good products also.

Fresh easy delicious

They tried to deliver a box to our door which we did not order. We have never ordered Hello Fresh before so it could not have been an order that we just forgot about. They tried to leave it with us saying it was probably for one of the neighbours and tried to guilt us into playing delivery boy for them. Eventually they accepted our refusal, or so we thought. Turns out, they left the box with the neighbours claiming it was for us and that we weren't home.
A bit later, someone rang our doorbell to sell us a subscription to Hello Fresh. This person would not take no for an answer until I slammed the door shut. Just leave people who are not interested alone, especially sick people who are tired of being woken up by your scammy behavior.

Good service, good food. Recommended.

Got a try out pack for 5 euro they said. Instead they signed me up for 6 boxes for 35 euros each (for 2 pers)

I really like the convenience, the freshness of the ingredients, and the punctuality. What I don't like is not having the option of receiving the recipes printed in English. It happened about two weeks ago that I didn't receive the ready-made sauce that accompanied a chicken dish.

It's just my first delivery today and we cooked our first meal, as the site doesn't offer english, it was a bit difficult to understand in the beginning and be sure if my box was on the way, but I used my lap top which translated automatically and now I'm happy :)

The menu is nice but there’s no option to add the ingredients that you don’t like or have allergies ( I’m allergic to cinnamon) and I received a meal where the spices were added cinnamon.

There is a good choice of a variety of menus, but unfortunately the Butter Chicken only had 2 small pieces of chicken in it.

Language of the menu was the wrong

Could you make more recipe for children's cooking? e.g. cake, cookies,etc

The recipes are delicious and I always have food.

I love learning to cook new dishes...

but there is no search button on the site if you want a specific dish again which is not logical, all sites have a search button...

There is no profile where i can see my past dishes or ask to stop the membership which irritated me, seeing the comments here from people that stopped their membership and kept getting dishes sent to them

The prices of each dish are not written so some are more expensive than others ...you see the price ounce in the cart, so you lose lots of time finding a dish thats not too expensive, that is annoying...

Not possible to ask for the same dish every week, since the dishes change each week and i wanted a certain dish regularly snif

i am new and had three weeks of three dishes for two but now for the same price i get only two dishes...its now getting expensive i see ,so i will most probably stop my membership since 44 euros per week for two dishes is too much. But i find the concept fantastic, especially to learn to cook

Review after a couple of months : 10 september 2025
I love the concept but it disappointed on several points....
1. prices unclear and fluctuating
2. Nearly every dish includes vegetable or chicken cubes which is unatural in asian cuisine, so you do not learn to give a dish taste with herbs, very disppointing and having these cubes so often in my food did not feel like a good idea
3. The meat they add like 200grams of chicken, 80 grams of it was fat so it was very bad quality meat, same for the beef, super disappointing
4. Seeing the quality of the meat it got me thinking that the veggies were not biological either and it might not be good to eat that much of it either. Hello fresh does not mention anything about the origin of their produce.
5. They offer presents that aren't presents, for exemple a mini pack of biscuits with not so good ingredients and a free box of hello fresh for a friend, but you must convince them to become a member which means pushing friends and family into buying..to me making me harass friends is not a present...a free box should be a free box, to taste.
6. At the beginning they ask what you do not want and what are your allergies, but i noticed that they totally ignore this afterwards...i put i do not want pork and i saw that when they chose dishes for me they chose them often with pork which shocked me....so always chose the dishes ...do not let hello fresh chose or you will get what you said that you do not want

I stopped my membership after approximately 4 months

I will say this, hello fresh has inspired me in my own cooking so it did teach me something and for that i am grateful...so for someone who wants to learn a dish or two, it could be interesting, just avoid dishes with the veggie or chicken cubes (not easy) or replace them as i did with herbs.

I accepted once an offer to get HelloFresh. The first box went fine, the second box was missing one of the main ingredients in a meal. I stopped HelloFresh, and removed my credit card from the website. A few weeks later, I receive a new box that I did not order, paid by the card that was removed from the website. I am leaving tomorrow on holiday and I end up with food I didn't choose and that I don't want to eat.

Always fresh products and good portions. Less to trow away. Me happy

In general the meals are ok but the variety is repeated regularly. I have often found less than fresh vegetables a day after delivery and despite emailing, nothing has been done.
