I want my money back for the Helpsoft…

I want my money back for the Helpsoft driver updater software I purchased under the 30 day guarantee. They dont respond to emails. The software has problems. make them respond.

Driver update software that dosent work…

Driver update software that dosent work and when you contact to get money back within 30day guaratee you get AI replies saying ticket raised and you wil be contacted but of course they never do.

Ashampoo backup does not work

Ashampoo backup does not work and support is useless. Last excuse from support is they did not have the chance to test my backup before the problem occurred! Well there Winoptimizer did not warn me my laptop had a problem, Ashampoo software is always for sale at reduced prices and that’s because it is not fully tested and developed.

Everything Simple Telecommunications…

Everything Simple Telecommunications said they would do worked well. Change over from TalkTalk who were charging pensioner for broadband and land line who had told them they did not need broadband went smoothly. We are saving £20 per month. Line is also much clearer and better than TalkTalks.
