Cannot purchase AShampoo software because of Clearbridge failure to process transactions
AShampoo offers quality software from its headquarters in Germany. Unfortunately, all the Shampoo purchases and transactions are handled by its partner Clearbridge. Unfortunately, Cleverbridge is a rabbit hole abyss in terms of processing purchase transactions. I have repeatedly tried to purchase AShampoo software with Clearbridge failing to process my purchase.
My wife and I have outstanding credit ratings and use four different credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Costco). Clearbridge failed to process my attempted purchases of a variety of AShampoo products while attempting to use these four credit cards (with very low balances). I have given up on purchasing any of the AShampoo software because Clearbridge fails to process these attempted transactions. AShampoo's should terminate its partnership with Clearbridge.

I've been a customer for years and…
I've been a customer for years and purchased several of their products. Their products are usually okay. Recently, I tried to use a product that I had purchased sometime back but had never installed. I installed it on an old computer and it would not work, so I installed it on one of my new computers. When I tried to acctivate it, I was told I would have to buy another license. I contacted Help but they ignored me. I will not be purchasing any new products from them.

I had purchased the Driver Updater (DU)…
I had purchased the Driver Updater (DU) for 3 PCs.
I email the company telling them that my old computer quit and I brought a new one and I couldn't install the DU on my new PC because it thinks that I still have it on my old PC and I have max out on the 3 copies.
Martin Malion (Ashampoo Support) was quick to respond and reset my license so that I can install DU on my new PC. Thank you for the quick and efficient service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I think that Ashampoo are a solid and reliable software company. I have several of their products all of which excellent. What I belive is outstanding about Ashampoo is their customer services. I recently upgraded my computer to windows 11 and found that one of their programs would not open due to a graphic driver issue. But Patrick from Ashampoo tech solved the problem within 24 hours. 5 Star service!

I've delt with these guys for at least 20 plus years now and recently had a major problem with one of their products "Winoptimiser" this program I have used for years but the latest version keeps messing up my system cookies in such a way I have to re set all my passwords and its a nightmare getting back in to my accounts as you can imagine. I tried contacting them and they said to untick the internet setting that relates to passwords, which was already unticked on all browsers. I've lost trust in this program now and will never use it again.

Purchase product from Philippines blocked
tried to purchase new product - Zoom - site does not allow purchase for residents of Philippines. When I quieried thsi 2 years you quoted something from a German bank about a financial grey list as the reason. Philppines was removed from this list several months ago, so why still blocking purchases from Philippines?

Removed my software
The company released a complete full version of the screenshot program then years later began to offer watered down versions for an economical.price, the problem is that they stopped servicing the old version and have apparently removed it from.software options for reloading or support. The newer versions do not compare to the original version.

Ashampoo Backup is an overpriced scam
Please DO NOT buy this company's backup software (Ashampoo Backup). There are way better FREE alternatives which are quicker and more stable. The program is buggy, unreliable and the company's sole business model is ripping off non-tech-savvy people with their overprices licences. I'd give 0 stars for this scam if possible.

It sounds affordable and cool if only they worked. Also, if the company had some support team who could connect and momentarily solve the issue instead of emailing them and waiting 6 hours to get a response, that would be asking another technical question to solve the problem and waiting another day!!
and I have 20 different pages open in front of me trying to use Calculate 9 and scared to death if I want to save the data because I am not sure if I'll have what is saved when I turn it back on...
It is a Saturday night I spent about two hours to solve the issue just for today. It has been 30 days that we cant solve this issue emailing each other like lovers in the 80s to solve an issue so that I can get going for my business taxes

I was a beneficiary of a license of Ashampoo WinOptimizer 27 from our forum (Christmas contest prize) and I just wanna state that this app is GREAT! All tools you need to keep Windows in tip-top shape is all there including a 'Crash Analyzer' and 'Privacy Tracer' cleaner. All tools are there! You even do not need to use the built-in uninstall tool of Windows because WinOptimizer 27 has it's own and after an uninstall there are the tools that you need to clean your system right there in the same app! Great work!! This one is indeed a keeper!

Patrick, in Germany support department, kindly perservered and found my previous account.
He merged my two accounts, collected all the information and licences and sent to me at my new email address account all my licence keys and information.
