Harpenden branch: Excellent service all round from Julian, Richard and Janine. Unlike any other agent I have sold through, Hamptons have a "sale progressor" who focusses on making sure everything progresses smoothly. I highly recommend this team if you are selling your home in Harpenden.

The response is super fast at booking but horrifically slow when it comes to other admin (changing appointments or cancelling). Both times I have had to chase twice to get any response at all. Very poor.
I emailed saying I'd left a review, so despite the accusation of being anonymous, I've actually been up front using my name in an email which carolinn replied to.
I also did as asked below and wrote to the feedback email address. The autoreply stated they'll be in touch on 5th August (that is in 3 weeks...unbelievable!!! hahahaha SO BAD!)
This more than underlines the poor comms in my opinion.
PS After 4 days, I have STILL not got a refund of the prepaid £150 for the appointment. Nor have I had a reply from Carolinn asking about the delay. It beggars belief that this clinic has customers if they are this bad at comms.

I have now received an explanatory email about my delivery's delay, and it is meant to arrive tomorrow. I've raised my stars from 1 to 3 as a consequence.

TheFork run foul of UK GDPR rules. Keep your email address even if you have neither subscribed nor made a booking using them.
Contacting them to complain and enquire is very clunky and they keep closing the conversation, so when you reply to the email, you just get a stock answer of "Sorry, this conversation is closed". Really poor.

The email address bounces and my 14 Sept order was not fulfilled. I cancelled the payment on PayPal today.
UPDATE: My order slipped through the net (which happens) and the company said they will sort out the bouncing back of emails (outlook.com works; outlook.co.uk bounces back - even though that is the address their order emails are sent from).
I have raised stars from 1 to 4 as a consequence.

Really, really poor comms.
No clothes for 2 weeks and counting; no answer to emails; chat cuts out after one answer given, and is then wiped of history. Whatsapp help is not even read. Evri page has shown "Expecting Parcel" for 2 weeks.
I will let you know if the clothes ever arrive and if the appalling comms improves.
Avoid.
UPDATE: I got a chat message last night telling me that the clothes should arrive within 15 days. On 22 Sept Evri showed that the parcel was with them. Progress.
FINAL UPDATE: Evri delivered the clothes 23 Sept. The date on the sticker was 13 Sept. Still not sure what happened. Still not convinced that I'll shop here again. But I increased stars to 3 as my issue was resolved.

Chip lost one point for not being particularly competitive with savings rate, despite leading with this in their marketing. I know 3 banks currently offering a higher % than Chip.
Chip has excellent app-based functionality. Money arrives and leaves instantly and access is via thumbprint making it secure but easy to use.

Their secure access site is simple to use on PC or phone and money leaves and appears elsewhere the same day. Well done, Gatehouse.

Money takes days to appear in account after paying in. Taking money out also takes days. The phone operators are curt. Avoid.
Review of Quilter
It can take more than 2 weeks to complete a sale of shares, because Quilter makes choices as if it were a company in the 1980s. They still make payments by Bacs - which can take up to 5 working days.
This is old-fashioned and entirely unnecessary, as there are so many options to move cash securely but instantly now.
If their processes do not change, I will be moving my pension and ISAs to a different platform.
As a gesture of goodwill, they have agreed to make my two shares sale payments by Chaps, but it should be standard process, not only done when dissatisfied customers complain.
I would avoid - my IFA said no other platforms use Bacs - only Quilter.
UPDATE after Quilter's response of "Your financial adviser will be able to suggest solutions for planning against more urgent requirements in the future"
He did.
He said don't use Quilter.
Do better, Quilter.
