This was a challenging case where lots of documents were going back and forth she had concerns about a couple of issues with the applicant, but instead of just declining or reducing borrowing, she took the time to call me and discuss the case. This is very rare that underwriters call brokers, knowing she is a busy woman, to take a few moments just to understand the issues over the phone, where you can discuss the case rather than leave notes all over case where you cant get what you want to say over as easy as a chat is a breath of fresh air and i simply can thank her enough.
