No show fitting appointment and poor…

No show fitting appointment and poor communication. Seems to be a common theme amongst others I know who have also signed up for the service. I am going to cancel as if they can’t even get a fitting appointment right, what will happen if it stops working? Edit: I spoke with them regarding the no show and was advised that the next available installation appointment was in over 2 months time 🤣 What a service!
