I bought a Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute nearly two years ago. In the guarantee period I have had to have the main body replaced twice due to faults. Two months until the guarantee expires, the same error codes are coming up again. Technical support give you a series of replacement before they'll replace the machine itself, the filter, the battery. Each time you are without the cleaner. I've contacted their complaints team and I've never experienced anything like it. They just completely ignore my complaint and say they are sending a new HEPA filter repeatedly, without addressing my concerns about the fact the machine has shown itself three times now to be fundamentally faulty. Do not buy from them. I paid £400 and it was supposed to be an investment. The machine has come up with the same error codes on 3 different machines I've had over the warranty period. It's fundamentally faulty and should not be sold.

Customer service was great. Easy to contact, quick responses and helpful and friendly. I bought a furniture set and the delivery was prompt and the products beautiful. Would definitely shop there again.

The toilet tissue is softer than the usual quilted brand we go for and the packaging looks nice in the bathroom. I like the eco and health credentials the company claim and will be interested to see further results following the recent 'Which' findings that were published in March. However, the squares are 2cm shorter in length than our usual supermarket brand, which makes the price comparison less appealing. We will buy again but only if further testing shows that supply issues have been sorted out, as this costs more than own-brand supermarket equivalents. This is only acceptable if the eco benefits that the company claims are true.

Lovely plants and fast delivery. I had to contact their customer services about a delivery issue and then a plant that had arrived damaged. They were very quick to respond to my messages and sort these issues out. Very happy! Would order again.

They took a couple of weeks to arrive and the packaging was pretty basic (but on the upside no unnecessary plastic). The products are excellent. I have a heavy cycle and these are very absorbent and don't leak. They wash well. I like the different colour options. I went for the cream fabric and they don't stain if you rinse them off in cold water straight after use. Saves on a lot of plastic disposables going to landfill.
