If I ever see an online retailer using this company I avoid it like the plague, you would have a better experience giving your parcels to a crow and not giving it a post code

Wow what a service

Wow what a service, absolutely brilliant
I deal with a lot of business and have had some experience with Bodyshops too,and I know that ive taken my vehicle in for a minor repair and its been in there weeks which is very frustrating.
But totally the opposite with these guys turned my van around in a week and even kept me updated!!!! Repair was also top class colour match ect .
Well done keep it up turners

These appliances are possibly the worst on the market we had These fitted with the kitchen as the fitter said they are good ,well there not !!!!!! Not by a long shot. Double oven ,fridge freezer i wouldn't give them to charity, poor in every way

If there was a minus I would have put it ,
These guys are poor at best .I ordered a skip well in advance, ahead of a job when we turned up on site no skip !!!!@!
When I called they told me that it's been missed of transport, great i have contractors waiting for the skip charging me £350 per day . Skip turned up at 4.30 pm thanks AMA , no compensation told I would have to make official complaint

I gave this company one star for existing
Got half way through the policy and suddenly my no claims discount isn't valid brilliant 👏 so after being bombarded with emails and text's I eventually found customer service number and gave them a ring, going over all the details I knew it was futile.
So I said how much more money do you want from me and £160 pounds later all done. The agent asked if I wanted to renew, so I said yes when the sun goes out
UPDATE
Now I have a partial refund and an apology. Ok great thank you we all make mistakes, that's not the problem its how we rectify them, so thank you

Wow what an absolute amazing company

Wow what an absolute amazing company, totally professional, so understanding. We needed a quote for my aging mum to travel, we had tried numerous companies most wouldn't even give us a quote due to her complex medical history but when we called with a four page list of medical records we thought it would all be too much!!!!!
We were wrong the patience of the representatives was outstanding on three occasions, when we had call back to amend the policy. IF ONLY ALL BUSINESSES WERE RUN LIKE THIS

Ctronics you won't believe it

This is not only the worst camera in the world, but the worst customer service
Bought camera a few months ago took a bit of getting used too. Then saw the picture was blurred thought it was water on the lens,but then discovered it was moisture inside !!!! Contacted customer service. Without boring you I was basically told to take the back off the camera to let moisture out !!!!! WHAT!!!!!!
But don't do it on rainy days I can't believe this utterly ludicrous advise, where are their heads at !!!! Not on this planet that's for sure

SWANN CAMERAS GO FOR A DIVE

Would give 0 stars if could. Over the last few years we purchased swann security cameras for ourselves and family members, this includes outdoor and indoor security cameras. There appears to have been an upgrade to swann security system this has resulted in some if our WiFi reliant cameras to stop functioning ( will no longer connect to wifi) after numerous hours of frustration of trying to connect we contacted customer care this was equally frustrating. Still unable to connect was told no longer compatible ( with the upgrade) even though he said let's try and connect?? We are now left with hundreds of pounds worth of cameras that won't connect !!!!

Cameras are as follows
1x swwhd-pt cam indoor camera
2x outdoor wireless cameras installed at relatives house.
Before our review we initially contacted your customer service department which was absolutely appalling. He didn't seem to have any knowledge about our difficulties. We spent a substantial amount of time explaining our situation to him, after trying to reconnect the camera many times. He seem to vacate the phone several times and kept us waiting, ( we could here children in the background) after shouting Hello to him repeatedly he then responded !!. ( please listen to the phone call ) Then we were told they are no longer compatible with the new update, but he still tried to connect us at which we said why are you trying to connect us when you've told us its not compatible? . He then said we needed to use another app and promised to send a link through which we never received?
This is why we have given you 1* this is a poor show all round !!!

How can a modern company with all the technology available get it so wrong!!!!!
Got this toaster because it had large slots for thicker bread .it does toast bread reasonably but that's it
Why it has a crumb tray I have no idea as it just dumps all the crumbs on the side ,I'm constantly cleaning up after use

Don't bother had no problems with it ,but it seems that no matter what you do in the settings it will totally ignore them constant frustration. If it hadn't had cost so much I'd take it to local shooting range and have great satisfaction blowing holes in it

Ninja grill, will make you whinger

I cannot believe that with all modern technology you can get it so wrong
Ninja grill works fine but that's the end!!!!
In operation you get grease running out of the back and everything seems to stick to the grill and you will need a free morning to get it remotely clean ,if it didn't cost so much I'd bin it .

Expensive mistake

Purchased a three stage A frame ladder through my company to use on site and at first was reasonably pleased, but since then every time a use them they now creek loudly every time you go up and down them, which if you are using them all day becomes super annoying!!!!!! The square rungs are very uncomfortable, so an expensive mistake on my part

I've had quite a few pressure washers…

I've had quite a few pressure washers the last two were karcher one's, both of which were disappointing to say the least
So I purchased a nilfisk one wow what a difference, quality quality quality, one massive difference is the pressure pipe really flexible, so your not constantly wrestling with it . This is a top product would highly recommend . easy to use great features 👌 and plenty powerful
