They do not let you cancel even if you just placed order a minute before

Immediately after placing an order, I realized I needed to cancel it. There was no option to cancel on their website so I immediately emailed their customer service. Customer service immediately emailed me back and said they could not cancel it This is terrible customer service considering my order probably hadn’t even processed yet. I will not order from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

$366 for glasses that they refuse to ship

THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED

Short story: Waited a month and a half and never received my glasses and probably never will. They can not fulfill my order but also haven’t cancelled it.

The other reviewers are being honest when they say “Do not buy from them”.

Long story: Ordered my “In stock” prescription glasses on 01/02/2025 with next day shipping. Read their policy and waited for the appropriate amount of processing days to question my order. I emailed them on 01/10 to ask why my glasses haven’t shipped yet and they told me they are waiting to receive them from the vendor and that they would arrive next week and ship same day. A week later, they switched my order status from “vendor” to “in progress” which lead me to believe that my frames arrived and they were putting in my lenses and getting ready to ship. Another week went by and my order still was not shipped. I emailed them again on 01/23 and they told me they were still waiting on my frames from the vendor and told me another 1-2 weeks at the most and shop same day. They changed my order status back to “vendor”. After 1 week, they changed my order status from “vendor” to “in progress” which made me believe they received my frames and were getting ready to ship my order. After waiting a week of “in progress”, I still did not receive an update. I emailed them for a third time on 02/07. They told me the frames would arrive next week and changed my order status from “in progress” to “vendor”. They strategically change your order status and they are “supposed” to receive your glasses to buy time but it’s all a LIE.

Lesson of the day: Even if a website shows “in stock” please verify with customer service that this is true. I noticed other websites are also advertising the same frames with “in stock” but when I reached out to them they told me they would actually need to order the frames from the manufacturer.


I FEEL LIKE I WASTED A MONTH AND A HALF FOR NOTHING. I JUST WANT TO MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE

Beware!! Sent a USED treadmill after spending over 2000k!!

Beware! NordicTrack sent me a USED treadmill after paying over 2000k 😡.

I have sent this email below to NordicTrack customer service and have received little to no help. I am beyond upset with the quality of my treadmill after buying from a company that brags about how top-of-the-line their products are:

I purchased your Incline Trainer x11i Treadmill on August 3, 2020. When I received my order, I noticed a couple of odd things about my treadmill. First, there were many scuff marks, scrapes, and dings all over it. Second, I noticed that a lot of the treadmill was previously assembled before shipping to me. In the manual, it shows how to assemble the whole top part of the treadmill (screen console and poles holding console to treadmill etc) but it already came assembled. After further inspection, I noticed that the latches holding the screws in place on the back of the treadmill were broken and one of the screws was previously altered by some one else that screwed it on way too tightly. Also, the logo on the console is missing the “k” in NordicTrack.

I spoke with NordicTrack in September to receive new parts and I haven’t received all of the parts yet.

Another issue is that since day 1, the screen doesn’t register my incline correctly. In the middle of my workout, it will think that I’m either at a 40% incline or a 6% decline and it ruins my workout statistics. I have gone into settings and calibrated the machine time and time again and even though it shows “calibration successful” the incline still messes up halfway through my workout. I have spent way too much time on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue and nothing has worked. When I asked the representative if I was sent a “used” treadmill, she would not give me an answer.

I have also had issues with the internal system when turning on the machine. When I turn on the machine, the screen is a mix of colorful geometric patterns. It shows a setting button and a button that shows a handful of desktop icons (iFit being one of them). If it doesn’t boot up on its own after that screen then I have to click the iFit desktop icon. The heart rate monitor also gives me issues. It is worn exactly how and where it needs to be worn but won’t register my heart rate until the end of the workout.

Now, the newest issue I’m having with this machine is the belt stopped working. I had to stop my workout halfway because the incline was messing up (again) and recalibrate the machine. After recalibration, I began my workout again only to discover that the belt did not want to move.

I have been convinced since day 1 of receiving my machine that I was sent a USED treadmill. There is a reason why I chose to buy my treadmill from NordicTrack and not from Walmart or Amazon, for example. Now, I am starting to doubt how reputable your company is and how great your product really is. I should not have received a treadmill in the condition that this one is in. The replacement parts have not solved the issue as there are clearly way more problems with my treadmill. I am baffled that I was sent a used treadmill after paying over $2000 for it. To this day, I am being sent random parts and what I need is a new treadmill.

I have a whole album of photos depicting each and every thing that has been wrong with my treadmill since receiving it.
