Removal of account with no explanation
am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this company has treated me as a loyal customer. Despite always paying on time and fulfilling every financial obligation without fail, they have unjustly revoked my ability to borrow items without any valid explanation. I’ve maintained a perfect track record, yet I am being penalized as if I’ve done something wrong.
What’s even more frustrating is that instead of working with me or offering any sort of reasonable resolution, they’ve now decided to close my account altogether. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of appreciation for loyal customers. I have followed every rule, made every payment, and still I’m being treated unfairly.
