no custome service

Onboarding was fine and quick, but after, it seems that there is no customer service. No one replies, no contact numbers, no chats available for customers, only for sales. No responses at all. Very fustrating.

Issue ignored

Not happy with the customer service - we had an issue in the first months after buying the house, I was told to wait and the issue was going to get fixed itself with the time- ok, we wait, but nothing changes. After a year we raised our concerns again, the site manager agrees it is an issue but we don’t hear after following up. Then I have chased it this year again and they now tell me that my 2 year warranty expired and they can’t help. Great, isn’t it?

Phone contact useless

Telephone number contact basically tells you to visit the website- I have already visited the website! if I call you it is because I need to speak to someone! Don’t offer a telephone contact number if this is useless . Very frustrating.

Rápida y eficaz gestión telefónica

Acabo de anular mi billete sin ningún problema y con un customer service de 10. Nada de espera (cosa inédita cuando se contacta por teléfono a una empresa) y gestionado por una chica muy amable, María José. Se agradece.

100% recommended! They did a great job fitting laminate in our house and we can't be happier with the result. Very professional, good material and reasonable price. Lee was great to deal with, very helpful advising on the material and also on how to do the staircase which was the most important part. Dan and Callum did amazing fitting it. So pleased with their work.

Happy with their customer service for a refund

I have to say that I am very happy with their customer service, I got the refund for my cancelled flights. When I called them I didn't have to queue more than 1 minute and I got the confirmation of my refund being processed by a lovely lady. I got the refund 4 weeks after applying for it, which I believe it is a reasonable time bearing in mind the circumstances.
