I made a purchase from Mallards in Ilford. I was served by a delightful lady,Debbie and her colleague. The assistance I received was first class. They were friendly and most helpful. I have been satisfied customer of Mallards for many years and look forward to my continued shopping with this established jeweller.

Wilko product and despatch very good. However on this occasion was met by a very rude and offensive delivery driver who was not interested in obeying Covid rules about customer contact. His language towards me was disgraceful. I have submitted my complaint. This is not a Wilko driver but a well known courier used by them. The previous delivery was very good and the driver behaved correctly.
