iv had 6 flights with them every single one was late

they allow scammers to advertise property's on the site and I flew half way round the world to viet am to discover this once arrived I made booking.com aware and there response was that they were sorry and that's all no offer of refund or compensation and the scammer is still live and allowed to advertise on the site. plus I have completed the 15 bookings required to receive the genius level 3 but they refuse to give it to me.just use agoda for booking so much better and customer service actually exists and helps

as a tradesman who has been with checkatrade for 6 years I have to warn everyone who is considering to join. this company does not provide what it promises it does not care about its tradesman or anything appart from money the prices are astronomical and the service is diabolical

took my money no info on dispatch no item received and no reply from customer service seem like an awful company and won't be using them again wish I'd never ordered now I have no items no money and no response from customer services

awful product awful customer service the doorbel broke instantly and ring refused to refund the call center is not in the uk and the people are not able to use the system correctly was offred a 30% voucher to buy new doorbell even though it never worked from the start the whole company is a total joke the products are terrible quality never buy again there are plenty of better alternatives now im stuck with an overpriced subscription to a service I don't even need

the item was supposed to be a 24 hour delivery and 9 days later the item has not even been shipped when I call the help line staff member said will be with me tomorrow and that came amd went now been told there is a massive back log of orders not been sent outland if I want to request a refund d I have to wait for delivery and refuse this means having to wait a long time for a refund alsoverry unprofessional and unnacepable this is the first and last time I will be using this company I'd stay clear if you have anything time sensitive

you don't have breakdown cover with greenflag when you pay them you have it with whoever is the cheapest and they don't care about if they are incompetent

dirty rooms tatty in poor condition bad maintenence generally pool is dirty wifi doesn't work food is awfull staff are ok tho. I wouldn't stay here again at the price it's a catfish hotel seems its never been updated or maintained. examples, silicone missing on the bath handle to get out if bath falen off the wall in my hand, red stains on the toilet seat the cheap veneer furnature is chipped and damaged sofa has stains on it the oven had no shelving racking in it, the hot water cylinder made screaming noises in the night time we had a view looking over a building site I mean while writing this I realise how bad it really is I just wouldn't accept this normaly but I'm on holiday with my partner and don't want to spend the whole time complaining to the staff as it is not there fault its the owner and maintenance team that need to re think there priorities as I come to the area alot and wil definately not be staying here again I recomend to find an alternative place to stay and I cannot see the resort staying open much longer with this poor condition I belive it needs a full restoration or its in danger of loosing all its customers permanently as is the way with many resorts like this that don't want to keep up the maintenance 1 star and that's only because the receptionist was nice

literally the worst company to ever grace our fine shores this is a scam company there delivery drivers throw items at the front door while still sat in the car and that's if your lucky as mostly they just steal the packages and they when you try to claim they are not intrested. i belive this company is clearly run by criminals who just want money and don't care how they get it
