A great choice of meals you can select from your armchair. No trawling supermarkets, no lugging heavy shopping bags, fresh produce, delivered to your door.

The recipes are internationally delicious!

The recipes are internationally delicious!Very healthy, quick and easy to prepare. I take them with me when away in my motorhome for easy of preparation.
I wish one could select more than one category though, so, Vegan Vegetarian AND below 650 calories for example.

Liked pick up from home and great communication except they did not say they might be ( and were not) able to return vehicle to me.
A bit pricey for work quoted on top of service

Dreadful experience. Autobots running phones!

Came out to give quote, £350! But as it was urgent I agreed. Work was done but within 2 hours the door broke again and I narrowly missed being seriously injured as it came crashing down. Tried to contact via all mediums on their site and could only get through to unhelpful Autobots. Eventually tried from a different phone and got through straight away. Once a job is done they direct all calls from that number to A I.
Reported to Trading Standards. Vastly overpriced. A different repair company attended same day and showed me the problem Wudhus should have spotted. Explained that door would keep breaking unless this was fixed. Price of job...£140
I've raised a complaint with customer services in Mansfield...let's hope they pay up.

We sincerely apologise for any difficulties you encountered when trying to reach us. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel unable to get through, and we are reviewing our communication systems to ensure that all customers can easily contact us when needed.

Regarding the repair, we are very sorry to hear that the issue was not resolved to your satisfaction and that it caused further problems.

To assist us in resolving this matter as quickly as possible, I have requested some further information so that I can locate your booking. If you would kindly oblige, I will liaise with the team and the technician who attended your property to ensure a full review is carried out.

Addition: I've had a conversation with Scott our technician who did advise on the day of the visit that our locking straps were different and came within safety device, but it was accepted to proceed with the work as you informed him you were selling the house. Scott then installed four locking straps and there was only originally three. I will be sharing your comments with our customer service team shortly who will pick this up in due course.

Thorough and profesdional

Good communication from customer service re.visit and from engineer re.time of arrival.
The engineer listened to my issues and was professional and thorough. The repair was carried out in under an hour and appropriate contact numbers left in case of further issues.

The items I ordered were OK but the length and fabric unsuitable.
Please can you show photographs of models size 16 for your clothes. It's very hard to picture ourselves as a 12 and the items look very different.

Excellent service

Simon always communicates well even when under pressure with his deliveries.
He is helpful and courteous.
Compost is of good quality.
Shame about plastic bags but can be recycled as weed suppressants at base of raised beds under the compost.
Will always use Midlands Compost!

Plastic Bags are something we are very keen to get away from, but at present this is proving difficult, we have been in contact with one of out suppliers and this is something we may be getting close to finding a solution, however this will likely be next year at the earliest, we also don’t want to lose the 3 for £10 offer that we have had running since day one as we feel this would lose a lot of our customers.

Worth a try

The recipes don't always look or sound very appealing and there needs to be more choice. As a vegetarian, too many tacos, tortillas, quesadillas, black beans ( although these are all very tasty). Becomes very samey samey.
It is a bit pricey but make use of their offers!
BUT
Once you have COOKED the meals, they ARE surprisingly delicious so persevere.
I have no issue with quality and freshness of any items only that sometimes the wrong recipe cards are in the box or not there at all but it is easy to find the recipe on their app.
Plus you do not have to worry about shopping. Another issue I have is the polythene bags and insulating liners;Could be more eco-friendly but no worse than any supermarket.
It is such a pity that they don't cater for SINGLE people and actually they have missed a trick because they are MANY singletons out there.
