Concept great, UX terrible.
The concept behind Billo is fantastic. Unfortunately, Billo is seriously poor from a user experience (UX/UI) perspective. Users should not find it so difficult to use the platform for the first time. I'm currently ordering my 3rd and 4th videos, and it's taken me a week to get my head around it. Regardless of your opinion, a user like myself shouldn't find it so difficult to navigate/take my intended action. Hopefully, the next UX sprint will be a complete overhaul, or I simply won't use it again.
