I ordered a pair of luxury shoes from Cettire. After two wears two lace fixtures on both shoes broke.
I spoke to the customer service team who didn't want to see images of the issue, they just told me to take the shoes to a repair shop due to them not being able to do anything.
I took them to a shoemaker and he said he would need to order the lace findings from China which may take 6-8 weeks. When he saw the problem he was shocked when I read to him Cettire's refusal to replace the product. I don't believe that this is my fault.
Cettire sold me defective shoes and refused to acknowledge that and accept responsibility.
Won't be shopping with them again. No Customer Care going on.
