We send a crypto transfer to Embily OTC and we never got it. Alex Bychkov and Margarita were lying to us promising to return our funds but never did.

Now we are in the legal process in Chezh Republic to get our money back

They are scammers. Only promises and nice talk, but no actions and money will not be returned.

I deposited $1000 to my account, they didnt show up after 2 weeks so I reached out to the chat and was told to have some patience. This continued on repeat, was giving multipe different dates but the money never showed up on my account.

Now its been 2 months and I still have yet to see my money and they keep saying I have to wait and cannot get a refund.

I've been waiting for a deposit for more than three weeks. Endless replenishment of liquidity. It looks like it's all over.

There is clearly an issue at this "company" They continually tell you they are waiting to replace liquidity, but your transactions are in the processing queue..... I have some transactions nearing 1 month with no funds in my account. Stay away. Almost looks like a rug pull.

Deposit made 10 days ago and still not credited to my card.

It is almost 10 days that I made a deposit, and still is not credited in my card. Value of ETH in the meanwhile has dropped, and I have no means to take back the ETH sent. I asked support, and I am told that they are going through "liquidity replenishment, so the crediting of funds for the transactions is delayed till the process is completed". It was Jan 15th 2024. Today is Jan 25th 2024, and I am still being told that "All transactions are processed according to the processing queue. We will let you know when your transaction is processed [...]" How many transactions are you processing Embily, that it takes 10 days? What are you using, a Commodore Vic20 to process them? Get a grip, change the way you work... I could have changed the ETH in an exchange, and sent the funds by IBAN and have the credit in my card. It could have taken me at best 15 minutes. With a Commodore Vic10 lol

I deposited 0.1 Ethereum since last week and they say that they have liquidity issues so I still didn’t receive my funds so I can spend it.

Also ethereum price changed a lot and I should have more euros available but I hear only patience and it will be solved

This company provides a great and easy way to spend your crypto via Visa (and soon Mastercard).

Great, friendly and pretty fast resolution to issues. There have been some issues with liquidity replenishment but they seem to have been resolved. The owner gets involved directly from time to time!

Overall it is a fantastic experience, out of the many crypto debit card companies I’ve tried they have been the most consistent. Great work guys for now and into the future!

I want to say, after they delays on liquidity for update my card (always I had to contact the support team) that lately to update my card when I receive crypto is instant and long before Bitpay notifies me so I’m happy!!!

Long time user of this service and for the most part they have been a good service provider. Most of 2023 has been a challenging year for the service with their delays in crediting top ups so has not been great from a customer perspective - you needed to plan ahead to account for these delays. However, I did a recent top up and it was credited within a few minutes so things have turned around. That said, I was never worried about loss of funds when I did experience the many delays. Looking forward to their new Mastercard service offering and hopefully that comes with a further reduction in fees. I would like to see them improve their forex exchange rates further and ideally scrap those POS transaction fees.

Ultimately, would i recommend this service to others, yes.

The app is really simple to use and gives me freedom to spend my crypto. Customer support is great too 👍

Amazing support team helped me solve all my issues

It is a great card service, payment smooth, use it for a few years. Provided some docs for "AML" check after a big amount top-up, then unblocked my card after I proved all clear, and no issue until now.
