Two engineers arrived in the time slot given. Very professional & polite. Put over shoes on before entering house (not even asked to do so), found the problem with our fibre connection and promptly fixed it. Explained what might have happened and gave advice about the hub we had and that there is now a better EE hub which would improve download speeds for us, on the contract we are on.
No issues whatsoever with the engineers.

Arrived within the time specified. Very polite, explained what he was going to do in repairing chipped windscreen. Inspected whole windscreen for any further damage. Very efficient and work all done to my satisfaction. Job well done all round

Very easy and quick to renew car excess insurance with Questor, having previously been with Direct Car Excess, and at a good price.
The proof of how good this company really are though, will only be discovered if I have to make a claim.

Policy on auto renewal, which is how I progressed, but was allowed to delay the start date of the new annual policy, which suited my circumstances this year. Paid at original renewal date, but new policy not starting for a couple of months. Certificate available and clearly shows the delayed start date. Thankfully not had to claim over the last few years but much cheaper than taking out the hire company insurances. The one time I have needed to claim, Direct Car Excess resolved the claim in a timely manner.

Ordered item after 8:00pm last night and the supplier used DPD to deliver the parcel to the shop. DPD kept me informed on progress with the parcel and it was delivered before 10:30pm today. Great service from DPD.

Alicante airport - Recordgo desk is easily found, although I have used this company on a number of occasions. Pick up was quick and easy. Got the keys and went to the car garage. Located the car, very pleased, until I unlocked and opened it, and the smell of smoking hit us. Previous users had obviously smoked in the car, and it was a very strong smell. We tried using some air fresheners within the car and also got a cleaning spray to try and get rid of the smell, but the smell was always there in the background for the full two weeks of the hire. Returned the car with full tank of fuel and dropped the keys in a key box as it was early and out of office hours. The fuel which was prepaid at start of hire was then refunded back to my account within a couple of days of my return home. Everything was great as normal with this company apart from the smell in the car, which is the reason only gave four stars.

Eye test - full assessment made by qualified optician/staff. Very thorough assessment. Everything explained well covering any changes to my prescription and any issues. Constantly asked if I had any questions, which the optician happily answered.

Auto glass were the choice of my insurance company for a replacement windscreen. Having said that I had no issues with Autoglass and would recommend them. Fitter was very professional and courteous at the Chester branch.

Representative Chris was knowledgeable and explained what was needed following the service. He wasn’t pushing everything, but advised where he thought it should be done.
The only issue I had was with the time it took to return a call, after the initial missed call, and me phoning back a few times

Cheap car hire found. Have used “Do you Spain” previously before, & never had any issues. Website is very easy to use.

Free trial boxers delivered as I was told - no problems. Boxers a little longer in the leg than I would normally wear, but very comfortable. Quality of boxers appears pretty good, but will need to see what they are like after a few washes.

The booking process online is extremely easy - Full service and Mot booked and paid for in minutes. On the day of the appointment the car was collected from stated address on time. Once the car had been looked at as part of the service, Josh called to give an update. Josh appeared very informed as he explained the work that was advised, along with the costs to undertake the work. He wasn’t at all pushy about me authorising all the work either.
Payments all done online aswell - no problems.
The car was returned with all works done, service book stamped and an Mot pass certificate, at the stipulated time.
All round excellent service and would recommend.

Engineer called approx 15 minutes before due. Arrived on time. Engineer was very courteous and got on with the service of the boiler. Job done all paperwork signed - extremely efficient and professional engineer.

Delivery as stated, received just days after ordering. Quality of jacket looks good and fits as sizing. My son not had chance to wear for trying yet, so don’t know how it performs in use.
