I had an excellent experience buying my car from GC Motors. Warren, the sales guy, was fantastic throughout the process – very professional, a great communicator, and never pushy. I recently purchased a diamond engagement ring from Nikki, the communication and customer service was excellent from start to finish. I purchased this ring on the Monday and Nikki had resized it and posted it out and it was with me on the Thursday. The ring was even more beautiful in person and came in a gorgeous box with jewellery cleaner, my jewellery report and a gorgeous flamingo gift bag. I would highly recommend Flamingo Gems to anyone looking for their next piece of jewellery.

Claim Number ANZ-241-941. Absolute joke of a company , at every point they use stalling tactics not to give your money back , telling you they reviewing your claim , avoid avoid avoid using this company, My claim was submitted in February and is still not been resolved , My wife broke her ankle and needed surgery to put a plate in her leg and they have the audacity to question the surgeon and doctors advice that we couldn't and shouldn't travel , ABSOULTE JOKE and I will be report these to the Insurance - Financial Ombudsman Service if this isn't resolved this month as they have had more than enough time to resolve this

Thanks for the response Simon , I have already submitted a complaint to your suggested email on the 10th June and I still haven't had a response. an example of yet more very poor communications

So now my Claim has gone to the underwriters due to the high value of the holiday , just yet another stalling tactic , lets see how many weeks this take ?????

Latest Update 11/07/2022 , I have been told my payment is on its way BUT ...... by the way we are taking £150 for excess , I have a 0 excess on my policy , this has also been reported to the Financial ombudsman , and when you send an email now you get a reply don't contact us we will contact you , Yer right , you have never contact me on the numerus occasions when you have said you will call me back , another example of poor Customer service

Great prices but will never select Halfords again selected my time to then be told its a 4 hour fitting flot that actually took 5 hours to fit 2 front tyres shocking

Top class service Michael new exactly what we were looking for and arrived next day, fantastic service
