I have waited over 2 weeks now for my order, with no correspondence at all except for the original order when placed.
I wish I had looked at the poor reviews before I purchased as this is nothing more than a scam company.
I have now requested a full refund which I doubt I will receive. Do not use this company.

Sue on reception at Stratford upon Avon Lodge Retreat was amazingly helpful. We are presently staying at the Retreat and were so impressed that we booked for September for a 2nd visit !
We particularly wanted a certain lodge and Sue sorted this out with no fuss and phoned Hoseasons for me to sort this out. Very impressed with service and looking forward to coming back in September. Super peaceful resort and highly recommended.

We have had a few parcels delivered recently and the main issue is the time between receiving the confirmation delivery time e-mail and actual delivery.
It has always been only 15- 20 minutes or less which is no where near enough time to read your e-mail , especially if you are busy working etc. before delivery. We missed package recently because of this and it had to be re-delivered. Thanks
