We are over the moon with the service we received. Derek came to our house to investigate an issue that we had struggled with since owning the furniture - even the manufacturer couldn't complete an effective repair. Derek called us prior to arrival, just as promised. When he arrived he was polite, professional & honest. He found the fault straight away & rectified it - we are over the moon. We really hope this review gets passed onto Derek as we are so thankful for what he has done.

Absolutely love it!! Truly stunning sofa. Service start to finish has been great. From point of sale to delivery. Kept informed about delays (due to Covid) and updated regularly. Delivery was made - i have to say drivers were fantastic! They called ahead, they were helpful, Covid complainant, clean & full of fun - such a breathe of fresh air. Well done SCS - Thank you
