The ordering of my flooring was great, but the delivery is appalling, it is coming up for a week with no delivery, calling Flooring supplies is a nightmare a girl called Chloe answered the phone then puts you on hold for up to 20min whist she tries to contact the delivery firm, on one occasion last Friday i called she put me on hold and did not come back to me.
Today i spoke to them again this time to Michelle , who was very apologetic and did come back to me advising delivery this afternoon or first thing tomoz, dont hold out much hope as no text from delivery company .They did not deliver today so will be calling again tomorrow but this time for a refund. Annoying time consuming ...change your delivery company !
Would i recommend this company, on delivery service and their customer service only , no i would not, but ordering and price they are good .

If you are looking for a company to take a pension with my advise would be to look elsewhere!
I have been trying to take my pension out for six weeks now and I am nowhere nearer than the day I started.
Completed all paperwork, called them up and went through all forms with agent who confirmed all forms completed and correct , weeks later nothing after many phone calls I finally get told by an agent called Andrew who could be bothered to look into the delay the bank mandate was missing and my forms had just sat in back office with nobody actioning anything least of all to inform me a form was missing ! asked them to email it over they advised unable to coming through post. Nothing. requests for call backs never happen, countless phone calls no progress, emails requesting manager call backs nothing, raising a complaint nothing ! so i have now gone to the ombudsman.
Do you really have the time in your life to spend hours days and weeks trying to deal with TPT, if the answer is no then avoid this company.

If you order on line and your goods dont arrive in store forget getting a refund, customer service is off shore and are only allowed to email stores.
They request the store to do a manual search for your item by email only, when they have done this they are required to email customer service back confirming no oder at store only then do you get a refund.
Great if the store receives or answer the email ! tuff if not, as my experience has been with the Fosse Park store in Leicester & customer services. Meanwhile i am left in limbo with no refund or any way to get a refund, the two departments blaming each other.

Jet 2 are an outstanding company, they have retained their personal touch, yet grown in size.
From their web site very clear and user friendly, to their customer service, airport staff, cabin crew and pilots all going that extra mile to make your experience with them a good one, i especially like the text messages advising you of possible delays, ours was a text to tell us that security at Gran Caneria airport was running slow with possible delays Brilliant !
Good pricing, efficient check in, smiling staff, even the pilots take time to smile and say hello.
This was my first booking with Jet 2, i usually use another well known company. But Jet 2 now have gained a loyal happy customer looking forward to many more trips with them, i have already recommended to all my family & friends. We flew from East Midlands airport

Delivery charge was wavered as we felt when you spending alot of money to charge £120 delivery was bad form ...

Great company, i was looked after by Nick at Global Doors but i wanted timber composite which could only be purchased through the sister company GFD.
Absolutely fantastic service, was not rushed into buying, in fact it was many calls to Nick over number of weeks, he was so thorough it was important to him things were right for me as he put it your spending a lot of money.
Doors arrived early, great email set up keeping me up to date with order.
Goods arrived well packaged , excellent quality very pleased customer

The customer service advisor was very helpful answered the phone quickly, as i had a question regarding my quotation on a comparison site.He was informative, polite, and very professional with good knowledge, i took the insurance out on that basis, and the price.
The proof of the pudding comes if and when you have to make a claim...hopefully i will not have to find out.

Sonya was so accomadating, we rang needing a 10ft container asap, and even though they had booked the driver out solid until the following week, she emailed to say the driver would add us on that day, what service !!! The driver was so helpful in deciding where to place the container, he went in detail how to secure the container and was in no hurry, even though i was a add on.

The container itself was immaculately clean.
The price was very reasonable, especially when you consider there was no back and forward journeys to a site.everything is at my disposal on my front yard while my build is being completed.

I placed my order on the 18th November 2023, still no delivery, no response to my emails . No customer Service to call.
Products are good delivery however customer service is appalling.
So if your order goes off without a hitch great! but if it doesn't then forget it.....i am still waiting for my products or a refund neither of which is happening

Delivery was quick and efficient, the product that we brought did not help our situation but that was down to our flooring having a default not the product we purchased from this company
