The customer service advisor was very helpful answered the phone quickly, as i had a question regarding my quotation on a comparison site.He was informative, polite, and very professional with good knowledge, i took the insurance out on that basis, and the price.
The proof of the pudding comes if and when you have to make a claim...hopefully i will not have to find out.
