10/10 for the engineer Morgan G
0/10 initially as I wasted 2 days waiting for no-show from the team which cost me 2 days from my annual holiday.

3rd time lucky as they say.
I lost 2 bets saturday morning
1 that someone would turn up and 2 that he would find the house without calling to find out where we were.

You could say it was worth the wait, Morgan G was one of those guys who you instantly knew was knowledgeable in his field and actually wanted to get the job done. Was a pleasure to meet.

If only the back end team would catch up and show the same level of care and professionalism that would he great .

Loxeal isn't so common in the UK it seems and is way overpriced on the big A, but these have it at a great price and more importantly delivery rates are not high. Espresso machine leak is no more.
Will be back.

I'm using ACS (San Marko style) leva coffee gear so accessories and parts not as commonly stocked by most espresso shops as they are 54mm not the more readily available 58mm.
All as advertised.
Quicker than expected delivery. 5 days using the standard service.
I'm always a bit hesitant to order anything from outside the UK mainland.
Will certainly be using blue star regularly.

Do not order from here.
Luckily I paid by PayPal and after no further contact from coffee-box PayPal refunded my confirmed order.
No way to phone coffee-box and they do not answer when you use their online form service.
Are they still actually trading??

Service has gone down hill recently. I used to get orders next day and usually 730 to 830 am which was great
Now we are lucky if orders are received the same week.
Very bad move making work planning difficult.

Hadn't actually seen the email to say he was coming and it was actually 4 days early.
Parked on the drive and handed the parcel over after photo taken.

Next day delivery as promised and a great price. What more can we ask?

of course it had windows 10 home on it.

CD keys to the rescue. upgraded it to windows 10 pro at 10% of the cost of upgrading from the Microsoft store.
