UK User. Excellent application. The Offers/Tasks to earn coins are great. Partner has had a payout and as have I via bank transfer - it said up to 15 working days. Was processed and arrived the following day. I have however deducted 2 stars as there has been issues with two offers which required me investing cash to get the coins, despite following the offers instructions i’m yet to be credited my macadam points for two offers. Nevertheless, i have contacted them and they have reached out to the relevant offer provider. I’ll update this in due course.

Telephone representative provided me with misinformation, which has been contradicted via email communications by Cbd Guru administration. They told me via telephone that my order would arrive next day, if not, it would arrive within 48hours at the latest. Items did not arrive until 72hours later. Requested refund for delivery charge and was denied, irrespective of the misinformation provided by the telephone representative. Disgusting and unethical.

I share a similar experience with those mentioned below. I missed a hospital appointment due to the inadequacy of this company. Despite booking the taxi well over 7 hours in advance, it failed to show up. Upon calling the office to inquire about the delay, I was disappointed to learn that they couldn't provide an estimated time of arrival, as the taxi had not been allocated to a driver. More than 35 minutes later, it still hadn't arrived. Courtesy? No.. The nonexistent communication from them regarding the delay was particularly frustrating. In contrast, I'll be opting for Rainbow. Their reliability can be reached at 87 87 87!

Easily the worst Bookmakers I’ve discovered to date. There so call fast UI is incredibly frustrating to use, often thrown errors - not placing bets as it should. Very slow responses from Support, unclear “Free Bet Offer Terms”. Lacks many notable features that come as standard elsewhere. Avoid.

Despite the app's explicit confirmation and subsequent insistence on the deposit for free shares, it has now been an agonising 9 days with no sign of the promised shares. My attempts to address this concern with customer support, particularly with the support agent "GA - Gabriella," have been met with abysmal service. Gabriella appears adept at dismissing my concerns, responding selectively, and showing a blatant disregard for the entirety of my query. The app is well aware of our use of referral/affiliate links, given its prompt to deposit £50 for free shares. A review of my browsing history unequivocally confirms my adherence to a signup link offering free shares upon a £50 deposit. Yet, these unscrupulous practices persist as they refuse to honour their commitment. The level of customer service is not only appalling but also deeply disconcerting. Should they fail to credit me in accordance with the signup offer, I regrettably find myself with no alternative but to pursue further actions, which may include, but not limited to chargebacks.

I encountered a complete lack of empathy and was redirected to pursue alternative complaint channels. This dismissive attitude left me disheartened, as it conveyed a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, this incident has tainted my opinion of Jacamo's customer service. It is disconcerting to experience such unprofessional behavior, especially when attempting to address a valid issue.
TLDR: my recent experience with Jacamo's customer service has been extremely disappointing. The mishandling of my return, combined with the dismissive response to my complaint, has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope that Jacamo takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.

Well done deliveroo, not. You lost a client of many years, that orders multiple times per week, oh wait, it seems you lost lots of clients. These clowns had the audacity to say that my a rider was on way to the restaurant but the outlet had already closed, this was verified with the establishment. Deliveroo then lied and said my order was on the way, it never was. They then further lied telling me my order was delivered, I have CCTV at my front door proving otherwise. They refused to refund me. Uninstalled this app quicker than i could ask why.

A BMAX Mini Pc was purchased from Banggood in August 2022, It arrived loaded with Spyware/Malware on the Recovery partition. You sent it to someone clued up with electronics, big mistake, within 5mins of booting into a suitable Linux distribution, allowing for proper forensic analysis, I found your lame-ass spyware. I highly advise anyone buying electronic devices, with connectivity, to avoid Banggood.com entirely.

Very.co.uk like to mislead customers. I have been a client now for a considerable amount of time, upwards of 70% of my orders fail to arrive by the advised date. If you see "Delivery within 1 working day" take it as a pinch of salt, I've had to take 3 working days off work now on more than one occasion due to their false, misleading information. I mean, even the "Very assistant bot" is misleading, "Before we pass you to someone, let's try if I can help
you first" - It proceeds to waste about 5-10mins of your time before advising you to call for assistance LOL.. On a final note, I called them today to voice my concerns, r.e misleading delivery times etc. 17mins into the call the so-called "Agent" disconnected the call when i asked to speak to someone else more competent. That was the final straw. Good job on earning your company this review.

I believe i removed my payment method, however, when trying to view payment methods the loading wheel just loads forever and nothing shows now. Regardless they still charged my account without authorisation.

Great, wait at least 1 business day for I'm your instant bank transfer to be confirmed.. Want to withdraw? Sure wait at least 3-4 business days and we'll release your funds. Crazy, this is 2022 btw!
