found this company good at first , recent order completely changed that i ordered soft capsule 10mg , I get a phone call which I missed due to being at work , I then noticed I had also recieved a email saying they were out of stock and they could send a diffrent product, I replied as I didn't want the higher strength no reply from them.and they sent the product I didn't want , will not shop.with this company again

Have been buying the CBD gummies for a while now and they are great, however I have docked a star this time as I don't like the pouches they are now sent in, just not convenient to pop on the bedside table any more, would be nice to have a choice between a bottle or pouch.

This company scams people's next day delivery and doesn't deliver on time or offer a refund on the postage.

Then they respond via email or telephone with the most abrasive / abusive way possible.

Also horrible cheap quality products.

AVOID!!!

Tried several times now.
Oder says completed, not received anything.

Received 3 bottles of CBD oil which were all heavily crystallised and unusable.
Was offered a replacement for which I waited weeks. When it arrived it was in the same state as the previous order- unusable.
Never again.

I purchased CBD soft gel capsules through amazon UK but supplied by CBD Guru. The bottle arrived opened, no safety or hygiene seal which is standard for health products or medications. The bbf date is 2 weeks away for a month supply bottle. The bottle is damaged. I contacted both amazon and CBD Guru but got nowhere and was told they have a 'no returns policy' for this item. Shocking when it's a health product that is expensive and all health products and medications are required to be sealed. Shockingly bad customer service from both companies. I will never use again and warn others not to buy CBD Guru items, buy from a reputable source.

A family member recently had developed a stress induced tic. After seeking advice off Neal he recommended the 20% CBD oil. The oil arrived the next day. After a week of rest and using the cbd oil the tics calmed down and now rarely occur.
Good customer service I recommend this company .

I bought some gummies years ago but unsubscribed when the emails came in too much . They still send emails. You unsubscribe again and then it stops for a while a then 6 months later you start getting emails again . For this reason I would not recommend or use again .

recently i decided to order from cbd guru again-but the system is pushing you into buying more,other lines, which confused me- also i persisted a long while with cbd guru for really not much effect,its a good price, but i am willing to pay more, for more help !btw-i wonder where sellers source their supplies-from same place or make their own?

Never tried oil before this was recommended by a friend it is great stuff I no longer have swollen ankles and I do feel a lot better than I did also sleeping better the service was prompt and we were in touch till the product came also Nicky sent instructions of how to use it very helpful I will be purchasing again

I bought some gummies from this company through Amazon and has a new starter with them I thought I would buy a lower dose. I am only supposed to have 3 gummies a day.. I actually took more thinking there not working..I have taken well over the dose..still no change..I'm still in the same pain as I was before I took them...I definitely think these are fake...

Well, delivered quickly! Only been using for 4 days but this oil takes away my heart palpitations, better than taking a propanol pill! I shall be using regular as I’m fed up of anxiety!! No side effects yet fingers crossed!!

In my experience this is SCAM.
Oil CBD the strongest one doesn’t do nothing. I was trying 10%,20% CBD from company bless CBD and always notice many things how that CBD work. Well but CBD guru the strongest 50% do absolutely nothing. One thing more, mark my words - soon this company not gonna existed, just look what promotion they have. How they can give you two bottles extra if u buy one?. Cause this is normal practise for company who reach the level of end, they want sell all stuff what they have to disappear or change name company. Not recommended, they lie about refund but after that they want “unopened” bottle back. How?. How I can now if product is good without opened?. I will make sure everyone know the true. CBDguru sucks. Please buy from anywhere just not from them.

These "Gummies" are having literally no effect on my insomnia at all. I take 1 to 3 every night, and my insomnia is literally the worst it has ever been.

Telephone representative provided me with misinformation, which has been contradicted via email communications by Cbd Guru administration. They told me via telephone that my order would arrive next day, if not, it would arrive within 48hours at the latest. Items did not arrive until 72hours later. Requested refund for delivery charge and was denied, irrespective of the misinformation provided by the telephone representative. Disgusting and unethical.

I buy the cbd gummies but those stuff is not healthy because the huge amount of sugar and another toxic ingredients in the product make them completely unhealthy
