Logged on today to Health Express to reorder my Mounjaro prescription for my type 2 diabetes. Found that this disgraceful organisation has increased their prices AHEAD OF the price increase due on 1st September.

Double disappointment

Placed an order for pink roses, and chocolates.

First I was contacted, after paying, to tell me I couldn't have my order and I would receive was [substitution details] - not sure what that is?!

Then, I was later contacted and told I would not receive my item on the day I ordered it for. It would be a day late.

Utter shambles...

First time customer, and it will be the last...

Brought a rucksack with a free messenger bag awhile back while planning for a trip. Ordered Sand colour for both, but received two very distinct coloured items (one Sand, one Beige/off White) but wasn't that bothered.
First time using the rucksack, the clip on the fold over top section wouldn't "click" in place, so the rolled over top kept coming open (not good when travelling through London). Eventually both shoulder straps failed as the folded over end of the strap was not thick enough to stop it completely feeding through the ladder grip.

Very poorly put together piece of equipment that failed spectacularly when used. AVOID

Bizarre treatment of customer

I had enjoyed access to Creditspring services for 2 years without a single issue with any payments to them.

But my treatment has compelled me to warn people thinking about using this company.

After completing my last year long term with them, I submitted to renew my membership and heard nothing. I decided to chase them and was eventually told I was not accepted. Even though there had been zero change to my personal circumstances. I've just obtained a new contract phone with Vodafone and my wages have gone up! So im in an even better position, and absolutely refute any excuse from Creditspring for poor service by blaming my personal circumstances.

No reward for loyalty, or timely repayment. And no communication over anything without chasing them. 2 years down the drain cultivating a good relationship with a company that just threw it away with no regard.

Very poor company. Avoid as you will eventually end up in trouble depending on them.

Poor delivery, on a poor product

Purchased a Shield wallet at the end of January, was delivered 2 weeks later. Attached it to my phone and within 24 hours it had come loose and was lost.

Very disappointing given the cost of nearly £40

Whilst many dog foods contain more carbs than meat, our meals are rich in human-quality protein and freshly prepared vegetables. As omnivores, we ensure our dog's are provided with nutritionally balanced meals with both meat and veggies in order to thrive, including their carrots which are packed with antioxidants and are a great source of fibre. If you are keen to know more about this we have some great articles on our website, as well as the ingredients and nutritional breakdown of each recipe on our product page. We hope this will provide some further reassurance for you.

Not worth the money you pay

Really poor quality box compared to others on the market.
£25 for two toys and two smallish bags of treats?
Utterly rubbish.
Better off going to someone like Hound and I for an all natural box of treats for £10 per month.

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. Essentially a vehicle for selling you Capital One products or a bizarre card from Zable with some truly unique to credit card features regarding interest.
Was looking to build my credit so took 3 low limit cards and for over a year now the balance on each card has been paid off. No record of me meeting these payments has ever been reflected on ClearScore. Saved for over a year with another product, Loqbox, with limited positive effect on my score.
But this limited positive effect was absolutely destroyed when, for whatever reason, an address I wasn't familiar with appeared (with no way of challenging this) on my record and my score plummeted 100 points.
Utterly utterly useless

Considered using them for our next break to Rome, until I saw the latest advert where a man at poolside clicks his fingers at a waiter for more drinks.

Really bad optics now to be seen using a company that has that kind of behaviour in its adverts.

Bad premium delivery experience

Paid for premium delivery (1-2 days) for three items for my wife's birthday. 2 cards, one from me and one from the kids, and an oversized novelty bar of her favourite chocolate. Ordered on the the 7th, and chocolate arrived by the 9th (her birthday).
Cards did not arrive until the 10th. Wife and kids were heartbroken.
No explanation as to why the items were sent separately despite being on the same order, or why some items arrived on time, others late. Even after paying for premium delivery.
Very poor.

Avoid at all costs!

Awful service. Paid for a 14 day trial to give it ago, not a free trial, and was signed up to a regular service charging £100 a month!
Cancelled as soon as I found out, was told there was no returns policy on the order put through without my knowledge.
Terrible service, really poor customer service response, and I'm sure will catch out alot of people costing them money

KatKin is a subscription service, as is mentioned in our sign-up process. We do send out an upcoming order reminder email and text 4 days before the delivery is due, letting you know that you have 48 hours to make any changes or cancel the order if needed.

Unfortunately, your cancellation was processed after your order went through, but we have refunded this for you now and cancelled the boxes. As our Fresh pouches are 100% meat, we aren't able to accept any returns of food for Health and Safety reasons.

Into the 2nd year...no difference

I signed upto Loqbox because my financial position had improved significantly and I was in a position to improve my credit.
I saw my credit stabilise, not imporve, so i thought I'd sign up again for another year.
Halfway through my 2nd year now, AND STILL NO IMPROVEMENT.
I have the money put aside for a house deposit but can't buy because my credit report hasn't budged in a year and a half.
From speaking to people in similar positions, there are a handful of incidents where there has been MINIMAL improvement at best.
THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM

First order, fully recommended

Ordered a recumbent exercise bike (BodyMax RB60) as two members of the household have mobility issues.
Initial machine arrived with some issues. Powerhouse Fitness responded to these issues rapidly by doing all they could to accommodate our personal limitations and provide us with fully functioning new equipment.
So impressed with the response, we were more than happy to pay extra and ordered an upgrade to the equipment which has arrived and we are most satisfied

Did you send us an email to rectify the situation? I searched our inbox and can't see an email from you. If there's ever a fault with our products we are always happy to replace them for free.

We take customer service very seriously and a quick email would have allowed us to resolve any issues. As a small independent brand, reputation is everything for us and we want to uphold our good reputation by providing the best products and customer experience we can.

Regarding the t-shirt quality and comparison to High Dive - we used exactly the same manufacturer/t-shirts as High Dive (I know this because we talk to each other regularly).

But (as above) I appreciate you received a product with bad stitching. This concern had previously been raised by a handful of customers - whilst it wasn't affecting many orders, it was an issue we wanted to resolve as quickly as possibly so we have now moved to a different manufacturer. This means the fault is no longer present on our products so any replacement you receive will be fault-free.

We would of course like the chance to change your mind about the quality of our products so we'd love to receive an email from you so we can arrange your free replacement.
