Excellent facility.

Used Mr Clutch (Luton) many times before for MOT but, this time, included a service. From "Dave" on reception to the MOT and service engineers, I have found them friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Frustrated loyalty !!

I've been an EE mobile phone customer for over 10 years but as my current contract was due to end in the next month or so, decided to review alternatives. Predictably, given recent press, I did find more cost effective deals that suited me. However, as I had been a loyal customer of EE and they had given me "loyalty discount" before, I decided to discuss the matter with them. To that end, on 16th June, I called them but failed to get someone to talk to, just recorded messages and links sent to me via text. As a consequence, I went on my EE app to see my contract details and understand what I needed to do. Within 30 mins "Libby" called from their "loyalty dept." - as I was driving, she arranged to call the following day at 12 noon to further discuss. I waited from 11.40 to 12.30 but received no call!! Their number did call twice at approx 3pm and I answered both calls within 5 secs only to be greeted by a recorded message "an agent has tried to call and will call again later". I tried returning the call but, again, was routed by links via text that were not helpful.
I waited until 24th June before, having had no contact from EE, went back to the app. Within 10 mins. I received a call from "Sasha" from their loyalty dept. who offered me a couple of alternatives - as I am a pensioner in my 70's and would like to avoid any moving hassle, I agreed to consider so Sasha agreed to call the following day to finalise. I STILL AWAIT ANY CALL FROM EE.

Excellent Customer service throughout

After some 18+years and frequent issues in the last 12 months, our system boiler finally "gave up". I initially contacted my local self employed plumber who serviced the boiler and he diagnosed a mother board issue (probably the most expensive to resolve!!).
After deciding to change the boiler, the local guy quoted price and delivery but then proceeded to change both on a number of occasions!!
Being without heating is no joke, particularly at this time of year! So I made some initial enquiries on line. As a consequence, I was contacted by Vanessa at Lodge. She fully understood that I was trying to progress with my local guy, wished me well but said she would be happy to help if needed.
After losing the best part of the week having a series of broken promises and still having no heating, I decided to call Lodge first thing on Friday 24th January. Their prompt response and an apparent desire to help was excellent. From this contact with Vanessa she arranged a site survey later that day. Jack's help and advice on the visit was invaluable and he agreed to quote a couple of alternatives later that evening - exactly as happened. Claire advised me with earliest possible fitting days and associated arrangements. By close of Friday we had accepted the quote and arranged fitting for Wednesday 29th!! Every part of the arrangement was confirmed by email - no misunderstandings! I was advised that the fitter would arrive between 8 and 9 and "Sam" was on the drive at 7.50!! He was later joined by Chris who completed the tests and commissioning.
I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Lodge - my experience shows them to be fully Customer oriented, totally dependable promises and excellent service. Their staff are friendly, thorough and very professional.

Excellent Customer service.

Ordered by telephone as wanted to deliver to a different address from the "billing". Order process was quick and easy - delivery promised within a few days. Email confirmation received and appliance delivered on time, unpacked and sited as promised - on the day before Christmas Eve!!

Ordered electric chainsaw online - ordering process, acknowledgement and delivery went well - as promised.
Used saw 3 or 4 times since receipt - pleased with performance and ease of use and glad I chose the more powerful motor in spite of being a little heavier.

On line ordering and delivery service…

On line ordering and delivery service was excellent.
Product quality / performance is still an issue. I have cleaned the printer head a couple of times but we are still getting streaky prints.
I am thinking I should probably bought the Canon version.

I ordered a WS555 water softener on…

I ordered a WS555 water softener on line - order was acknowledged and a delivery date of 7/8 was scheduled - all good.
Unfortunately, the logistics were poor! DHL initially emailed to confirm they had the parcel on 4/8 and they would advise a time slot for 7/8. On 7/8 DHL emailed approx 13.15 to say the item had been delivered and signed for on 12.12!! As we were at home all day waiting for the product, we knew this was not true!! I advised BWT who agreed to escalate the issue with DHL and advise me of the outcome - we received no update from BWT.
Later on 7/8 we received a number of conflicting emails from DHL but the latest apologised and promised delivery for 8/8. No time slot was given but the product was delivered in a tatty plain white van at approx 7 pm. Although the box was torn, based on my visual inspection, the contents appeared ok.
The product has now been installed and appears to be operating as expected. We hope to enjoy the benefits soon.

Helpful Customer Services

Our most recent experience was to change our cruise booking. We were extremely pleased to receive a cabin upgrade with our original booking because we bought the additional package. Unfortunately we did not receive a better cabin allocation with our new booking although we fully understand this was not guaranteed. We did mention our disappointment to Customer services, explaining that it was entirely based on our expectations set by our original booking. We have now been told that the allocation may be reviewed nearer the departure date.
Other than this, our experience through the booking and change process was excellent - the on line system was easy to use and we found the Customer services people very helpful, understanding, friendly and professional.
We had been very happy with our experiences using CMV and, now having retired, look forward to our initial cruise with Ambassador being the first of many.

Really disappointing Customer Service.

Job no. 11016486. Called on 8th Dec. to report small crack on windscreen - provided photos as requested - you arranged technician to attend on 10th to repair. Technician arrived said could not repair so ordered new windscreen. I had to rearrange scheduled MOT for the 2nd time. Date of 16th was arranged and confirmed on the 15th when you called to collect payment - I stressed the need to complete as I had MOT on 17th, and was told that if the weather was bad I could take the car to your Shefford premises for fitting. On 16th rec'd text saying your technician was sick and I was to call to rearrange. Called to be told that it was not possible to fit the screen today at either Shefford or Milton Keynes but that, amazingly, another technician could call this afternoon who may be able to repair the damage!! I declined this offer and have another booking for a new screen to be fitted on Friday - weather permitting! I have rearranged my MOT again!!
