Very efficient process. We got a call 45 minutes before arrival. The engineer was courteous and considerate of the surroundings, (removing his shoes), and explained what was done clearly.

The removal team turned up on time. They were very friendly and helpful. They did not show any frustration when the kitchen table wouldn’t go through the doorway or when the large sofa wouldn’t fit through another doorway. Loading was carefully carried out and nothing was left behind. Offloading was very efficient and the whole process took less than 6 hours.

We have purchased two bags from CARV in the past and have been very impressed with the quality. So we purchased a key ring, which although it was tracked, got lost in the post. Becky was very quick to make another and post it again. This time it arrived and as usual, the quality is excellent.
