Brilliant Team, highly recommended

You just know when you've got the right team for the job and this was immediately the case from the outset when Andrew first visited. The whole process from start to finish was stress free. Hats off to Andrew, Jan, Chris, Martin and Luke who made our move from Devon to West Sussex a seamless journey! If you want the best, forget the rest!

Great experience, start to finish

Ordering a simple process and I like the addition of paying a small fee to replace the blind if you got your measurements wrong, we didn't fortunately. Communication was spot on and eventual delivery was earlier than initially indicated. Fitting instructions were intuitive however, we've fitted many of these venetian blinds so didn't really need them. The fit was 'spot on', which not only compliments our measurements, but also their manufacturing process. Due to the blind being fitted inside a recess and, because of tiles part up the recess, we used a packer inside both the end fittings. This was to counteract the blind sliding side to side when pulling blind up or letting it down. We'll made and looks great in our kitchen

Very pleased with our installation

Salesman was a genuine and informative person and not pushy which, gets my hackles going. We said we would take a cancellation installation date should it arise and it did. If anything went wrong it was on installation day, it was cancelled. I want go into detail but communication was the biggest issue, a wall of silence which could have been easily remedied by picking up the phone. Things beyond your control do happen, I understand that first priority should have been the customer. Other than that things went smoothly in the end and the installation team were brilliant, quick, very helpful throughout process and tidy. Would I use company again, yes! Would I recommend them, yes, I already have to some friends who have signed up today for their own system. The system is working fine and doing what it is meant to do.

Slick from the outset

I am a returning customer so it was an easy choice to select them again. From the outset their communication was excellent from my initial phone call, sales rep appointment to the fitting of my order. Gary, the fitter turned up promptly on the allotted day and was very thorough and professional through his time with us. To qualify this review, I only write one if I feel the company and/or product is worthy of it. I would use SafeStyle again and recommend them accordingly

Great service from all, start to finis

First of all its important to know that I won't hold back on being critical, but where praise is due then I'll give it. This review can be nothing but praise for the whole team from start to finish. Due to Covid there was a delay all round, so the fitting of our new conservatory roof was heading for very wet times. John and I agreed a start day, but also agreed if it was forecast rain that we could move it. On the day I rang him to say a no go as heavy rain imminent. Not a problem and they were on their way too. Ian and Seth arrived later in the week and job done in 1 1/2 days nearly, they had new roof on in one day, very professional job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

Review of ROL Cruise

ROL have come good!

We had never been on a cruise so early 2020 we took the plunge and booked one for my wife's 60th, that was due to sail September 2021. In July we sadly received the news that CSV cruises had ceased trading. We were advise by ROL to make a claim with ABTA to get our deposit back. When we eventually got the promised information from ROL we duly put our claim in with ABTA. You can imagine disgust when we received a letter from ABTA last week stating they could only refund a third of our deposit as ROL had only paid that amount to CSV back in July. I have no reason to doubt ABTA's information and have emailed ROL accordingly. ROL must have known his much they paid to CSV, so why have they not refunded the money still in their possession and how many people have they done this to. If ABTA's information is wrong I'll change my review, but if true then that is a disgrace.

Update 22/12/20
I have just had a one to one with ROL Cruise and I can now see where the problem lay, communication, the heart of all problems. I personally would have liked to have known the intricacies beforehand hand, others I appreciated wouldn't. I appreciate it's been a difficult time for everyone, requiring solutions to problems nobody could have predicted. My faith has been restored with the company. Whether we will go on a cruise in the future I don't know, this would have been our first, sadly not to be.
