Appalling customer service. I had an unexpected trip and wasn’t able to collect parcel from the parcelshop so it was returned to the seller. The seller confirmed the receipt of the parcel and that everything was in order. I contacted Vinted to arrange for return of money and received no response for days. My attempts have been left completely ignored. Instead they opened up an investigation with Evri that parcel was delivered which indeed it was delivered back to seller. I got update from Vinted they’ve charged me for the order completely ignoring statements from the seller and my previous prompts and attempts to reach out to customer services.
Review of Babylon Health
I’ve been registered with Babylon for few years now and honestly, I cannot see an improvement in service, good or bad since eMed took over. Notoriously difficult to get to see a doctor F2F, difficult to get an appointment, appointments being cancelled last minute, unable to book for routine annual tests etc. I’ve changed the GP practice since.

Received the wrong order. Never refunded despite speaking to customer services as instructed by the driver. I’ve immediately deleted the app and never using them again. Scam company.

I missed a deadline for order collection and order was returned back to Vinted or seller. Vinted labeled the order as ‘delivered’ despite no collection and order being returned. I got in touch with their customer service and was informed that since 2 days have expired since ‘delivered’ status, they cannot do anything about it DESPITE ORDER NOT BEING ACTUALLY DELIVERED. There is no proof of delivery or collection yet they did not disclose the evidence based on which the order was labeled as delivered. I am just bewildered by this company. Not only they falsely presented the information, but also they are violating own terms of use, customer statutory rights and business conduct standards.
Review of Parcelforce Worldwide
The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and wrong recipient. I have since been running around in circles between the retail company and ParcelForce trying to resolve this as it was a very expensive purchase. Everyone has been washing their hands off this. All I’ve been served were various lies and misleadings by ParcelForce. No one even called me with an update despite numerous emails and chats with the customer service. No accountability and clear criminal activity on their end. I am collecting the evidence to report a crime to the police and raise a court case. I am just appalled at how some established company can get away with clear criminal activity and with no responsibility towards their customers. I have never dealt with them before and surely would recommend to stay away.

I was waiting for an appointment for over 1 month in their Canary Wharf clinic. The appointment got cancelled by Babylon 1hr before due time. Next available appointment is in 1 month and the app is offering only 2 days which do not suit me as I am away, and no further appointments available in the next 2 months. This is just for blood tests and smear test and this is the only time I needed a GP service in 3yrs. Not to mention that to arrange for anything, you have to have a phone call and the app only offers a nurse practitioner, not a GP. God forbid it was something more urgent. I will arrange and pay for these investigations privately, although I shouldn’t as Babylon is collecting money on the fact I am listed as their patient. I feel sorry for the patients who have genuine health problems and need GP services more often.

Review of FRAME
Bought a pair of Frame jeans less than 6 months ago and wore them 5 times max. They ripped along seam on the outer leg when I crouched down yesterday. I’ve contacted Frame and they’ve said to contact store instead and that this might is ‘expected wear and tear’ I love jeans and usually don’t mind paying £££ for good quality pair but this quality is subpar. This should not happen with such light wear and in such short amount of time. Will not buy from them again.

I have ordered from the company several times already. However on my last order, for whatever reason, my previous address was set as default address and so order was processed under incorrect delivery address. I wanted to contact customer service to amend or cancel the order directly and there is no contact number which I’ve realised only now when I tried to contact them urgently. I’ve sent two emails to the customer service and only got generic replies. Their webchat is likewise utterly useless. The order has been processed and I fear will be ultimately delivered to the wrong address. How can is be in this day and age that you don’t have a customer service call centre? Just appalling.

I have ordered an item for click and collect to Regent St store. I never received confirmation email that my order was ready for collection. Then I was sent an email that order was cancelled due to expired collection date. Unable to get a hold of customer service agents to rectify this. First time shopping with them, very poor customer care and communication.

Review of JLL
I am so glad and happy my experience with JLL has come to an end although I am still disputing my deposit with TDS. I have been an exemplary tenant and lived in property for nearly 3 years. I have extended tenancy twice with them and have always been on time with rent, bills etc. The property I rented was very nice, however JLL management behaviour and mannerism was appalling. There were some faults at the beginning when I moved in which were reported immediately by a third party however pandemic happened so repairs were delayed. When I finally asked for the repairs to be done (in the last year of my tenancy after I already extended), I was questioned and even being asked to pay for the repairs myself as it’s been over certain amount of time for property guarantees etc, not taking into account there was a pandemic and everything came to a halt. There were only 2 faults occurring during my tenancy - washing machine and one of the blind rollers broke. Incidentally this has happened around the same time. I had a horrible experience with the property manager and landlord (although I blame manager for mishandling and poor professional manners and standards). The manager in question is Tiffany Ng from Canary Wharf branch. She was incredibly rude and insulting in the way she spoke to me and blamed me for these faults. Insomuch that I requested for someone else to deal with my property temporarily. Long story short, it took them nearly 6 months to fix the blinds and replace the washing machine (for cheapest model available). At the end of my tenancy, the property was professionally cleaned and left in pristine condition with absolutely no wear and tear expenses for them which you might expect after such length. Yet they are still being incredibly petty and meager not returning my deposit and trying to charge me 120£ for barely perceptible discolouration stain on the wooden floor which incurred whilst engineers were exchanging the washing machines and which I’ve invested a lot of my own money to try and minimise in appearance. I am currently disputing my deposit return with TDS. All in all - my experience did not live up to the reputation JLL takes so much pride in.

It’s coming up to 10 weeks now since I placed an order with Brook + Wilde. Firstly, I was told that my order will take 6-8 weeks to be delivered (order was placed mid November) which I find ridiculous as I’ve had some furniture delivered sooner. In the meantime, I’ve chased with their CS to see whether it can be expedited and was given very vague answers with delivery date estimated verbally. My circumstances have since changed and I corresponded again with them to change the mattress size and was asked if I’m happy to pay additional 50£ for the order change. I’ve replied affirmatively so the order can proceed, however received no reply. This was 2 weeks ago. I called sales team again today to check on the progress and was given a very amateur and lame excuse they did not receive my email in December (when it was definitely sent to sales team) and hence change in my order has not been processed. And again was told verbally the order will be delivered sometime next week, but again no written correspondence and no delivery time frame given so cannot plan my time around delivery. I am now stuck in a limbo when I paid for the mattress already and was guided by their supposedly reputable reviews. Little did I know.

Review of Just Eat
One star is too much for such a terrible service. My previous order was returned back to the restaurant because driver could not find the address. This time the food arrived completely soaked and ruined - ended up throwing in the bin. Compensation they’ve offered was a refund in the amount of food expense but no refund for price of the delivery. I am still dubious whether that refund will actually happen. Needless to say, never using them again.
