Poor customer service

Castelli undoubtedly make good cycle clothing and I'm a big advocate. Buying from the Castelli website however has proven to be challenging because of their choice of courier and the courier's lack of communication. It's better to order through Saddleback, the UK distributer for castelli, as their service, delivery and communication is flawless. Try to contact Castelli customer services is impossible and I feel this is deliberately. They certainly are not there to help or be helpful.

I couldn't have asked for a better pack…

I couldn't have asked for a better pack and removal service and I have was highly impressed with the service that they provided. The team did a perfect job in initially establishing the size of the job and moved us swiftly and without damage to property or possessions. The amount of stress that they took out of the system for us was worth the money alone. The team are friendly and diligent and worked hard to get us in to the new house as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Bourne's as your removal company.

Terrible

Terrible. Actually beyond terrible. It took me 8 attempts to get through to someone who then said they didn’t know the process. I had to go to a branch in person some 24 miles away and was met with only slight more interest.

Ordered 4 tyres to be fitted

Ordered 4 tyres to be fitted; this process was easy enough. I got a call on the day of fitting to say only 3 tyres had been ordered and therefore I had to either rebook or cancel. I had to cancel the order because of my future availability myself because customer services couldn't do it - this is where the issues started. I only got a refund for the 3 tyres despite being promised a full refund. I'm now £175 down and had to book another appointment myself. A good service let down by poor administration and dreadful customer service. I have complained and called multiple times but this has yet to be resolved.

Robots in Disguise

I use Autoglass reluctantly because of their ubiquitous market position but will seek alternatives where and when I can. The reason dates back to when I tried to have my windscreen replaced for a skoda octavia - they got the wrong screen 3 times and weren't apologetic about it in any way. Secondly, when I tried to book an appointment recently, i was informed that autoglass had tried to contact me but couldn't (there were no missed calls on my phone) and as a result could not conform the booking unless i called them. I called them - automated service directing me to text. I texted. No response. this kind of shoddy organisational element of a business just leaves customers enraged. And the shame of it actually is that the teams at the centres do a good job but are let down by a dysfunctional corporate aspect to the business leading to very poor customer service.

Poor Customer Service

Whilst the bike I bought has been pretty good, it has suffered some annoying issues which if I'd have bought through a local bike shop could have been easily resolved. Instead I had to go through Canyon's tedious customer service portal which is torturous and frustrating to say the least. Playing tennis email about an issue I wanted resolved quickly annoyed the hell out of me.

The customer service is non-existent, beyond poor and insulting

The customer service is non-existent. Waiting times for assistance by phone are into 30 minutes plus; I waited an hour on more than 5 occasions without resolution. online chat never resolves anything and most importantly, despite getting my order wrong and never providing any service at all in 3 months, they had the cheek to want to charge me an early exit fee!! and insisted the fault was mine. This is the worst customer service on the planet!!
