Robots in Disguise

I use Autoglass reluctantly because of their ubiquitous market position but will seek alternatives where and when I can. The reason dates back to when I tried to have my windscreen replaced for a skoda octavia - they got the wrong screen 3 times and weren't apologetic about it in any way. Secondly, when I tried to book an appointment recently, i was informed that autoglass had tried to contact me but couldn't (there were no missed calls on my phone) and as a result could not conform the booking unless i called them. I called them - automated service directing me to text. I texted. No response. this kind of shoddy organisational element of a business just leaves customers enraged. And the shame of it actually is that the teams at the centres do a good job but are let down by a dysfunctional corporate aspect to the business leading to very poor customer service.
