Changed my delivery day without warning or consultation. Just a text to say ”good news your item is coming on x date”. Not really good news though Curry’s….

Good price for a large furniture item and good and communication from the delivery company thay it was contracted out too. Very late delivery slot though (11pm-12).

Easy-ish to assemble and looks great. The folding version of the learning tower is ideal because it takes up less space and doesn't allow our dogs access to the kitchen sides. Folds up and down easily too.

Easy to use the online platform and refund given without issue

Genuinely joyful to wake without a bad back. A wonderful mattress and good service from Brook and Wilde. We bought the Elite firm. It’s interesting to note that when it was delivered the drivers said that they rarely have to pick up returns from Brook and Wilde, unlike other online mattress sellers.

We also splashed out on some new bedding and it is lovely and soft. I would however recommend giving it a couple of spins in the washing machine first as it has a rather chemically smell on opening the packet so it’s lost a point for that.

Update: we have had the mattress for a few months now and it’s still incredibly comfortable and I no longer have to see an osteopath regularly for my bad back.

The items I’ve bought from turtle dove have been absolutely wonderful quality. I expect that they will last not just for baby number 1 but future siblings. The prints are pretty universal so it won’t matter whether we have a girl or boy next.

I can see others had issues with delivery, ours was trouble free.

Kuhn Rikon products are great but ordering direct from them is shambolic.

Put in an order earlier this week, no confirmation email sent and no dispatch notice. After a couple of days I sent an email to discover nothing had been done with it. They noted they were closed after christmas but there was nothing on the website about extended closures over that time.

So order was cancelled and replaced by an order selecting next day delivery as per recommendation from customer service. Again, nothing received by way of confirmation (except for payment having been taken). Called the next day and nothing has been dispatched again. Cancelled order again and I am now giving up.

I now await the refunds for my two orders. Let’s hope the accounts department are more efficient than logistics.

So far so good on the outdoor sofa.

We ordered an outside sofa set made of FSC acacia. It’s arrived on time and in a good condition. It was relatively easy to put together and all the parts were there. It’s a corner sofa, L shaped, and the only criticism I have is that you can only attach it together one way round rather than it being interchangeable with the space. This is purely due to the location of the holes drilled into it so a bit of DIY remedies the issue if needed.

Cushions are comfy and the free metal bistro set that came with it under a spring promotion looks good in the garden. I don’t get the sense that it will have much longevtiy but time will tell and it’s a nice bonus.

Delivery company used was polite and they handled our package with care.

Overall, for the price we paid (£1499) we are happy with our purchase.

Pleasant delivery drivers, all items arrived in a good condition and on time.

I’m sure it’s personal taste but we were not a fan of the “rum” at all.

We love our Roccbox. It was a present for my husband and he has been delighted with it.
