I visited to choose curtain fabric. They have a huge range of samples to look at. The sales person asked me some questions and then selected some sample books to help me start looking. Really friendly and helpful.

My new trainers( Recife in gold) are just lovely. I was so pleased to find a company that does half sizes as well. They fit me really well and look great with a dress.

The catalogues look lovely. I bought a top this Summer and was very disappointed. It cost £79. After one wash it has faded and lost its shape. The fabric feels like a dish cloth. The clothes come up very big. I had to go down several sizes. Not worth the money.

I have received and tried on two pairs of Neath pants. They are awful. The material is really thin and clingy especially round the crotch and they just look like a pair of PJ bottoms. Alright I suppose if you don't care what you look like in them and just want to be comfortable on the sofa. It says fits true to size. I am usually a 12 or a 10 in trousers or bottoms but the size 10 was baggy and shapeless on me. The perils of internet shopping!

I ordered an item from Sainsbury's. Hermes said they would deliver on Tuesday morning . Then Tuesday lunchtime and then by 7.00pm. Nothing came . Then they told me that the courier had tried to deliver at 6.30pm but could not. That was just a lie. We were in and looking out for the parcel. No one came near the house. They said they would get in touch with me the next day. They did not. I contacted customer service. They just said my parcel has been delayed despite saying the courier had it the day before and was going to deliver that day. It is just an automated service so you can't argue with them. Just not good enough!

I am still waiting for my package. It was supposed to arrive by 1.00pm today. It is now 4.10pm and you have sent me this form to review my experience. What a joke!
