Terrible service from Hermes and lies.

I ordered an item from Sainsbury's. Hermes said they would deliver on Tuesday morning . Then Tuesday lunchtime and then by 7.00pm. Nothing came . Then they told me that the courier had tried to deliver at 6.30pm but could not. That was just a lie. We were in and looking out for the parcel. No one came near the house. They said they would get in touch with me the next day. They did not. I contacted customer service. They just said my parcel has been delayed despite saying the courier had it the day before and was going to deliver that day. It is just an automated service so you can't argue with them. Just not good enough!
