No item no contact no refund.

Bought from them last year for Christmas and everything went smoothly. Tried again this year and paid extra for next day delivery. It's a week later and it still says "ready to ship". I've emailed them twice to no response about what's happening with my order. Customer service terrible, no responses at all and quite frankly if you can't keep up with orders or fulfill things like next day delivery then don't offer it!

Quite annoyed because if they don't send it soon I'll be out of about £45 and unable to get a replacement gift. Since they're not responding to emails, I doubt I'll get a refund. Will never shop here again

Review of Origin Mattress UK

Lovely mattress. Firm and comfortable!

As someone who suffers with chronicnpain and chronic fatigue, mattress shopping has always been a massive chore but because of the 200 night sleep trial, I decided to try the origin mattress and I don't regret it at all. It's firm but comfortable. I've added a pillow topper for extra snuggly sleep but this mattress is amazing. I'm a bigger girl and it hasn't sagged or misshapen at all in the approx 4-6 weeks I've had it (it took my last mattress one night!). Can't recommend enough. Was easy enough to put in the bed and unroll. Perfect mattress!

Glad I'm not with them anymore

I was with talktalk because its all I could afford and the adage "you get what you pay for" rang true. My Internet cut out so regularly and it was ridiculous and then when I went to get it sorted I was passed from pillar to post. Eventually I was told I would be refunded 1 month for the issues I had with connectivity which I was happy with. They failed to mention I'd need to return the hub to qualify for the refund. It might seem like common sense to most but it really should say somewhere that when you are no longer a customer, you need to return the hub to them. I eventually gave up because I threw out the hub because I didn't know better and just accepted the non refund.

Review of Bulb

Generally a good experience.

Generally had a good experience with bulb but recently had some issues after smart meters were installed that meant my bills weren't being counted for 6 months!

After a couple of month between March and May of constant communication it was finally sorted out. Lose a star for how long it took to solve the issue but overall happy with the response.

Huddersfield - always a great experience

This is for the Hudderfield branch in pets at home. Always had amazing service with them. The vets are lovely and manage to calm both my very nervous cats! The receptionists are so helpful and will often give advice over the phone if you're not sure what to do about an issue. The nurses are fantastic and I'm glad my pets are registered there. I know they will always go above and beyond for each animal.

Friendly service

I was coming to the end of my contract and struggling to see how I could stay with virgin for Internet so I called them up and explained my situation. They were so helpful on the phone and helped me to find a deal that suited me. It is expensive but I haven't had any issues with connection since having it.

Great communication, good quality product

Their communication has been fantastic including letting me know there was a 2 week wait for dispatch and keeping my updated updated the item was dispatched and when it would be delivered. Colours are accurate and I'm looking forward to wearing these in the summer. I've yet to try them on but no doubt they will fit as they're super stretchy

Hermes are great

Hermes are great. I've never sent anything with them but all my parcels that have been delivered by them have been in perfect condition.

Drivers are always friendly too.

Great sofa. Great delivery. SCS communication could be better.

Orderd sofa from SCS showroom. Brilliant sofa and looks better than I thought it would. Amazingly comfy.

Delivery guys were absolutely brilliant. So friendly and efficient! My sofa is split so I'll be able to take it anywhere I go and the delivery guys were super helpful in letting me know how they go together!

My only issue is that I wasn't kept updated regarding delivery day. As a disabled person it meant I got rid of my old sofa and my health suffered greatly while waiting for the new one. SCS could do a better job at keeping customers updated of delays.
