Departures was good however on arrival waited over an hour from the time I called. They said that I should have called when the plane arrived. Which is ridiculous because their policy is 30mins from arrival.

They have internal communication problems no one seems to know what's going on. Fourth week in now and still no appliance delivered. What's worse is that we've raised several complaints. Got a message today saying order complete when they never delivered it. Insane! I'm surprised their still in business...

I can see we attempted delivery just 5 days after your order was placed by D&G with us, and there was no answer at the property. We then have had to rebook this for the next available date.
