I bought a Ward 55L Plastic Wheelbarrow…

I bought a Ward 55L Plastic Wheelbarrow from Argos Calcot in June '25. Generally reviews were positive for this product.
The roller needs to be filled with water or sand for stability. I finally lost patience last week when the concave shaped roller fell out of the clips AGAIN when I was using it in the garden.
It flipped over when I tried to move a bag of compost in it, also as the roller was concave it would rub on the main barrow body.
I returned it today to Argos Calcot as I felt it wasn't fit for purpose. The assistant disagreed, after initially telling me one of the roller retaining clips was broken and then admitting their mistake, they examined and shook the product before telling me they considered it wasn't faulty.
So I left it with them, as I won't waste the space on it.

Updated 15.09 p.m. 17th November.
I left the trolley at the Calcot store and so have already returned it

First time we used Christopher at…

First time we used Christopher at BikeTune. I appreciated that he rang me to say he was running late.
He fitted my new one size fits all mudguards that had defeated me, so that was a relief. Fair charges I feel.
He also cast an eye over my husbands bike and tightened the headset, we have booked for another visit. We hope to use Christopher for all future bike maintenance if possible.

Nectar is quite good

Nectar is quite good, as you get money off certain items as you shop and you build up your nectar pounds.
Most food is good quality.
I would like to see more UK grown fruit & veg.
We stopped scanning our own shopping after accidently missing an item and having to have the whole shop unpacked and rescanned.
We now ALWAYS use a check out with a person. It's a win win situation, we have our shopping scanned, with a real person who chats and laughs. We don't find it any slower.

Delivered to the wrong address!
My neighbour, from a nearby walk way, was good enough to bring my pond plants straight round, good job they weren't on holiday.
My house has 2 address plaques, one on the front of the house, the 2nd on the back gate, adjacent to the communal car park.

Very slow and NO free returns

The quality of the trousers was good, but they were much larger than other 3XL's after 3 weeks I requested a refund INSTEAD of the exchange for XL that I originally requested. I got my refund, then 4 days ago the XL trousers arrived, then I was invoiced for the return of the 3XL's and will probably be invoiced again for the return of the XL's I NO LONGER WANTED. My experience of 'Atlas for Men' has been agonisingly overlong, very slow and expensive. I shall not be shopping with you again.

Bought a Schwalbe tyre last November

Bought a Schwalbe tyre November 2022, the beading came off April 2023 and it would no longer stay on the rim, luckily this happened to the rear tyre, in between rides. Returning the item to the Warranty team, after filling out forms and taking photos in the correct format & file size, resulted in us eventually being told, after various excuses, normally suggesting the fault is my end, to expect a voucher, rather than a refund or replacement, to purchase something of our choice from Wiggle. Finally we got the voucher code and were warned it may not work. Now i'm not able to get into my account to even try to use it. I have now received more advice and am extremely fed up, suspecting they hope I will lose the will to use the voucher and will just buy a new tyre anyway.
Very unsatisfactory.
Reading other reviews doubt Wiggle will have any customers left.

My bath is not draining

My bath is not draining, I called Homeserve on 30.12.21 and agreed an appointment on 6.1.22 between 12-6 no engineer arrived, had a call at 6.00 p.m. to rearrange on 12.1.22 I required an earlier visit which was arranged for today 10.1.22 between 12-6 AGAIN A NO SHOW. Don't know where to turn, paid my excess but received no visit. Really disappointed. May as well cancel policy.
