I have been having problem with my knee for a few years, tried many different medication creams and therapies, it was just temporary and short lived relief, suppose to do surgery too but did not want to go that way. I was a bit hesitant to order online because customer service usually is not there when you need it, but not when comes to this company! Luckily I discovered their product- knee sleeve and first time I put it on it did give me a support and helped with my knee pain and mobility, but it was bit too loose for my leg, kept coming down. I did not have to contact customer service, they contacted me! They asked for my knee and leg measurement, they sent me new one at no cost, and no shipment charge either. That is an outstanding customer service if you ask me! Now I wear my new knee sleeve, it's better fit, better support. I do bend my knee a lot throughout my work, and it helped me tremendous. Wish only if jelly cushion part of the sleeve stays on my knee cap throughout my work shift, without coming down a bit, so I don't have to keep pulling it up....regardless, great and effective product for knee problems!
