It’s a general review

It’s a general review. They have screwed up hotel bookings on more than one occasion. I’ve been assured the problem was fixed and arrived and been told no one from trip ever spoke to them. I’m not sure if it’s the Taiwan office that is a shambles or if it’s a general issue but they regularly screw up and take hours to fix anything. Their online help is patronising and sarcastic and intentionally so.

Cannot login from day one and all messages ignored

I purchased the plan, got an email confirming this. Tried to log in and it only allows me to pay again. The money has left my bank.

Having tried to contact support through email , help, Facebook and insta. Not one has been replied to. I can’t even cancel without being able to log in.

Useless customer support

I joined hostinger yesterday. They have just made mistake after mistake after mistake. After talking to Lilis in customer support for hours she assured me it was all fixed and when I check today the migration will be complete. It’s not I have been on hold for 2 hours with shifa now getting no feedback since she told me it would take 10-15 minutes. So I contacted them via Facebook. They said let me take 10 minutes to look into it . They get back to me and say as I’m talking to live support ( shifa) wait for her. So I’m getting absolutely no where with any of these people . Not a single update. But a 30 page website gone. Cheap they are. And I now see why.

So after a day on hold basically. They were then looking at the entirely wrong website.

So now we start again. The websites have totally different names , it’s embarrassing for them.

Edit after 26 hours and over 200 messages I was asked ‘what are you asking us to do’, the first person who I dealt with never listened and gave bad advice causing this problem. He was too rushed and clearly not paying attention. Then as more and more people got involved it became like Chinese whispers. So whilst this question was infuriating it was the right question to ask. Then after all the chaos, it was resolved in minutes, literally. 31 hours of back and forth and fixed. The main issue is communication, people didn’t read the earlier customer supports conversation and after 3/4 people had been involved the initial question and problem was lost. Frustrating. APPARENTLY NOT FIXED
the website is migrated to hostinger but still not live. Last night a manager contacted me as a result of this review. Rahma she understands my frustration blah blah blah and will personally check it all. I wake up today , no further messages and it’s still not working. An absolute joke of a company. So for the 3rd day running ( and I have only had the account 3 days ) I am on hold again.

FINALLY STRAW

So having spoken to so many people in customer support that I am lapping them I’m back with Shifa. The website goes live yay a few pages are missing and some photos but I can fix that. Now however people can’t view it because the security certificate is wrong.

Absolute incompetence, they have one job, one and they just can’t do it
